4/may/2024 I did order from their website FMIC that costs 1350$ and shipping address was wrong and I did email the right address , after about 6 months they send it to the wrong address and shipment was returned to them and they said we close the location so we are going to place a new order , after months they told me good news your order will be ready and ships this week , until now I didn’t receive anything nor a refund and no replying to Emile or insta DM , yesterday I did give their account to my friend to try contact them and they reply back the next morning and my massage haven’t been replied for a month.
Fun fact that the guy is upset from me because I called him a scammer , if this is not a scam so what is the scam ?
🟥🟥 anyone can go there and check my order until it’s shipped will get 100$ Just DM me on IG at (9Z3O)

Ok… let me start with this, I judge IMR off internet reviews. Those reviews were wrong, the owner is a great guy super personable, and very good at his craft. I ordered down pipes for Genesis G70 it took a bit longer than expected but they are well worth the wait. The car performance is absolutely amazing, especially when paired with advanced fueling mods.
Overall all I’m super happy about this purchase.the installation is straightforward and the owner gave me many tips on doing so, I have only had them in my car for about two days now, but I will keep everybody updated. If something changes, for now the car performs amazing and I would recommend this to anybody that has a genesis!

IMR America did an excellent job on my turbo swap for my 2024 kia forte GT. Had it finished in 6 hours and was very knowledgeable, quick, and quality of work on my car and my questions. He even fixed the downpipe leak I had from the previous mechanic. I plan on doing further work with him and greatly encourage others to do so.

Just spent 1400 on top of that I denied the deal he was going to give me on shipping to be nice and I let them keep 25 they charged me for something I didn't want. Almost 2 months now and no one will answer no one will call me back etc. I'm starting to worry. I called my credit card company they said I have 180 days to reverse the payment so.... Alls I want is an update that's it. IDC if it takes a while but my parts were supposed to be sent the week after ordering. It took me 9 months to save 1400 to spend on my car and now I'm worried that I will never receive anything. If things change I'll change my review... Please listen to my review. Google imr America reviews. You will see how bad they are. I reversed payment unfortunately I have to wait 90 days. My cc company has been trying for 2 weeks now and can't get anyone to answer. So get this I had my wife call and they got back to her so she forwarded my message to them and they said they would call me. That was over a week ago. I'm filling a complaint with the bbb and Texas State attorney general and I submitted a claim to my credit card company. Burger Motorsports said they can have an oil trans cooler and fmic to me within 5 business days. Just waiting for the ok from credit card company.. they refunded me the 1350 dollars but I have to wait until I hear that I have the ok to spend it. If you disregard this review and buy and you are in the same boat that's on you. I tried to warn you... STEER CLEAR OF IMR AMERICA

Too many bad experiences to count...I was hoping to avoid writing this review. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for a quality experience with custom parts and/or builds. The customer service at IMR is horrible and they are unable to deliver parts and work on timely schedule. Evans still owes me parts and has recently stopped responding entirely. Extremely frustrated with the lack communication and customer service.

This has been the worst experience ever. Not only did I get the wrong set up for my car from IMR I have received zero response from Evans. He has yet to respond to me and I am very disappointed. He sent me a bracket and never even gave me the specs to properly weld the new bracket on. I am now stuck because he doesn't even want to respond back. This is terrible. Customer service is the worst.

These guys are great. Got in contact with them about installing some secondary pipes and my jb4 tune on my Stinger. Got me in the next day and got it done very professionally and in a timely manner. One of my easiest process. Definitely recommend

I wanted to wait for while before writing this review so I can give myself time to test the product and calm down after a terrible experience. I ordered a full FMIC with upgraded piping in April 2023 and a CAT back exhaust in May 2023 for my Genesis G80. Its August 2024 now.
This shouldn't be a surprise as it’s commonly known in many Stinger and Genesis Facebook communities that customer service is lacking for IMR, mainly poor communication and lies. Initially before paying, Evan was attentive and available to answer any questions I had.
Evan assured me this would be an easy fab and should have items out in about a month. Two months passed by and I tried getting a hold of IMR and simply couldn’t get any returned calls or emails. It wasn’t until I posted about my experience in one of the Facebook communities that Evan responded by commenting on with many excuses until I commented, to please stop communicating via social media and return my call. He finally did and he explained that he couldn’t get the exhaust done and would have the FMIC out within 2 weeks. He also tried aggressively to sell me downpipes, but I wasn’t interested. He agreed to refund me for the exhaust within a day. A week passed by and so I tried calling him, messaging him on Facebook and emailing him, but never received a response. Then suddenly I see the refund processing, no call back or explanation.
I finally received an automated notification that the FMIC was shipped out in August, and I received it in September.
Once I received the kit, weldments were low quality with semi-loose debris inside the merge collector and charge pipe. If I didn’t remove these, they would have made their way into the cylinder chambers or turbo. When I purchased the kit, Evan had told me that he would be sending T-clamps, but I received flimsy undersized worm clamps that I ended having to replace after I received 2 of Evans used replacement clamps. The vacuum fitting on the charge pipe was not included in the kit and IMR’s placement of the solenoid on the charge pipe resulted in me having to redo the vacuum line as the OEM lines did not reach. The silicon elbows between the merge collector and turbos are undersized. For this FMIC kit to fit, you MUST REMOVE THE OEM BRAKE VENTING which was never disclosed.
Compared to OEM, IMR’s FMIC heat exchanger is a downgrade. Although the heat exchanger is taller in size, that extra height is behind the crash bar, so no airflow and only adds weight. What makes this worse, the intake area horizontally is shorter compared to OEM, so we lose efficiency here. The depth between the OEM and IMR heat exchangers are nearly the same. These IMR cores seem to be from some other vehicle as they come with remnants of brackets that have been cut off. And for some reason, this design is in such a way that you cannot centrally align the heat exchanger.
Too much to list...
How about some positives? The outside finish on the piping is clean and they do look great under the hood. Huge, kudos to IMR for being the only company, as of this review, to offer “performance” after market parts for the Genesis G80’s. Once all installed, it does look cool.
IMR or Evan, all you have to do is be honest with your customers, stop the BS’n and stop trying to justify for everything, simply take the L. Even when it’s bad news, it’s not that big of a deal in most cases and customers will understand. A huge annoyance from me and many other customers (many of us all talk and chat in the communities), is when you leave commits how we talked and agreed on something and how we are all fine when in reality, we didn’t.

Ordered parts over a year ago, spoke to someone 6 months ago and they said they were about to be shipped. Called many many times, no answer. They don’t respond to emails or Facebook messages. Watch out for these scammers, I’m patient for some custom parts but I’d steer clear of this company.
