We are extremely pleased with the service and products we received from isingtec. We are from Austin and they promptly delivered two Bose speakers and an amplifier we purchased during Black Friday. We had a few questions about the setup and they were able to quickly resolve over a five minute FaceTime call. I highly recommend their services for anyone who is looking for quality audio equipment! BUYERS BEWARE! My family member saw delivery crew drive over our lawn when leaving the property. I called and informed the manager at Isingtec of what happened and requested for compensation for the damages to the lawn. After sending her video footage and pictures of the lawn damages, we went back and forth and she asked me why I am making things complicated. I was at lost for words and asked what she can offer to make things right considering the fact that we have spent thousands of dollars at Isingtec. She could not offer any solutions or compromise to make things right. Very disappointed with the experience and hope future buyers don't have to go through what I went through.
