This location is not good, go to a different location.I’ve been here twice and my experiences were bad. I came here to exchange my ring to a different size and they told me they couldn’t because it had too many scratches even though its only been one week since I got it. I went to the Wylie location and they exchanged my ring with no problem.

Very clean store. Associates were polite and helpful. Checkout was quick despite the Christmas time of the year. Very impressive. The variety of jewelry is wonderful, and l the ease of finding items was excellent.

I brought my mom here to get her ring resized as well as another gift for her. Not sure if it was a bad day but for it to have been my mom’s first time there, she never wants to come back! I love James Avery but this location was extremely unwelcoming. Definitely could use some better hospitality training.
