Avoid avoid avoid. Do you like to be treated badly. Do you like to wait while nothing else is going on inside? It's been a long while since I saw a "Jiffy" lube run this badly. I have already paid! Still waiting.

Avoid This Oil Change Facility at All Costs! I recently had the displeasure of visiting Jiffy Lube at Campbell & Shiloh Rd in Garland for what was supposed to be a routine oil change, but it turned into a nightmare I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. After waiting for 1hr 15 min I was notified nonchalantly that they drained my TRANSMISSION Fluid instead of My MOTOR OIL, the manager turned and walked off leaving me sitting there. I spoke up and asked him to repeat himself and he takes out his phone and shows me how close the two drains are and that I will need to file a claim. He then walks off again. I was told that the store manager would call me the next day. I WALKED home that day after taking my $40K dollar vehicle in for a routine oil change. I PAID to have my car towed to the dealership, I PAID for the rental car. The District Manager Justin Mears (
[email protected]) or 512-668-2955 did finally contact me after I WALKED home and called the corporate office. Jiffy Lube Case #00389064 - Store #3763. He told me to call him once the dealership had the transmission fluid filled and he would pay the bill. He said I would be reimbursed for the tow truck and the rental car. It has been over 1 month and Justin did pay to have my transmission fluid filled, I have asked for the insurance information 3 times and he and the store ignores the requests. He has now ghosted me after requesting all of my banking information (Routing and account number). The only thing I submitted was a $249.50 rental car invoice since my car was at the dealership for over 10 days. I didn't ask for the tow truck to be reimbursed or my time i had to take off work to fix the damage caused by this location. I still need an oil change as they did not do it, I am still owed for the rental car reimbursement and not one person has apologized for all i have had to go through because i chose to go to them for a routine oil change. Overall, my experience at Jiffy Lube at Campbell & Shiloh Rd in Garland was nothing short of a disaster. From the appalling customer service to the shoddy workmanship and ABSOLUTLEY NO CUSTMER SERVICE there is absolutely no reason to subject yourself or your vehicle to such incompetence. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable oil change facility elsewhere. Trust me, you'll thank me later

After their work on my car I had brake light services lights going off on my car and they act like they had nothing to do with it, I eventually went to another place and they fixed it correctly, the lights on the dashboard went off and they did something for my car that Jiffy Lube was supposed to do, maybe I just went to the wrong Jiffy Lubes or maybe I happened to be the unlucky one who they did a sorry job for, overall I will not go to that Jiffy Lube again but who knows I might try a different one one day

Went for an inspection the service tech after I gave him insurance he looked at my left rear said he couldn’t do inspection because one of my wheel lugs was broken, so I checked it and removed it my wheel lug is fine they really didn’t have any motivation to do anything you need to know what a broken lug looks like before you tell a person it’s broken, I just went somewhere else and got my car inspected no lug needed . Those guys have terrible customer service skills

Team member accidentally broke 2 air pressure sensors on my car. I had to take it to the dealership to be fixed and was told to bring the receipt for reimbursement. I've been attempting to get my reimbursement check for almost 2 months now and the owner has yet to send me the check and will not communicate with me. Beware taking your vehicle here.

Went for a state inspection, was told 30 mins. 2 hrs later, I am still waiting. No one came to follow up and communicate any additional wait time so I went into the garage to ask where I was in the queue. The service person seemed completely confused and unaware that my car was even there. So I got in my car and left. Don’t waste your time there like I did!
