Never answers the phone and terrible service!!! Left me out of the loop for over a week and called multiple times for nobody to ever call me back or answer when I called. Pathetic!!!!!!

The team at Jon-Don surpassed my expectations. They all have great knowledge with whatever question was asked of them. Rick was an amazing sales associate. He listened and respected our budget. He helped us get started in the right direction. Reggie was very personable and helped guide us when we made our way to the store. He made us feel welcomed and part of the Jon-Don team. The shop guys were very quick to install our new machine in our van. The work they did was fast and looked amazing. They also tried out the machine with us and made us feel confident in the new machine that we had just purchased. Rafael helped us out so much with our chemical package. He knows his stuff around the store. He also is very knowledgeable with all the products. Overall we would definitely recommend Jon-Don. They are very professional, collaborate as a team, and make you feel right at home.

Bought a $2000 ozone generator and it didn’t work. They never tried to help me or replace the unit!! Horrible service and I’ll never buy from them again!! All they did was keep transferring me to another department until someone at the store took my name and number but never called me back!! Sent emails with no response!!! Horrible service.

I've been using JonDon's for over 20 years and have not once regretted itI exclusively use them for servicing my truck mounted cleaning units and all my other accouterments involved in the myriad of services that we offer as Texas premier commercial and residential contractors. Jondon is a pivotal piece of my company's rise thru the ranks to the top. Its been a long and very productive friendship between our company's that will most likely out live me. I can not say enough good things about Ana chandler. She has been our point of contact for over a decade and I've never meet anyone who exhibited more kindness and patience with stressed out tech's and owners..
