It's definitely a small kids' place to go. They had a birthday party area. There was not much available seating for adults to watch your kids. I personally did jump, and I am an adult. It was very crowded, and there were not very many different trampoline styles as I had imagined like on TV. The noise level was very loud with kids screaming and some babies crying. I did not eat there but saw concession style food offered. I used a Groupon with no problem. You must purchase grip socks for $3 plus tax but online said it was two dollars.

We had 4 kids ranging in age from 8-15. Younger kids definitely enjoyed it more. The older kids said the ninja course was even too big for them. The experience was nice as the place was empty Monday around noon. 3 cars in the parking lot. Very large arcade too

This place sucks, urban air is better. From what I have seen they only hire young teenagers and they treat them like slaves no positivity from the upper management. I think I've had more fun at a funeral then this place. ??

I had a birthday party here the event coordinator was so helpful she explained everything. Even called to confirm everything few daysbefore. Our hostess was wonderful! She got everything we needed with ease and had no issue with anything!Will definitely go back.

The manager the blonde hair chick for Sunday evening on 4/28/24 @ 3:30pm she immediately started following me & my family as soon as we enter the facility she watched us take our seats at the table my wife proceeded to put a table clothes down because we have toddlers & the will pick there food up and eat it off the table so for our safety in keeping our kids health a little safe we put a table cloth down she immediately radioed and told the guys working the snack bar that we had to remove the table cloth so we express our concerns and explained that removing the table cloth wasn’t and issues if they would clean the tables that we were using she refused to do so we asked for a refund she said NO AND THEN TOLD US THAT IF THE TABLE CLOTH ISNT REMOVED WE WILL BE REMOVED FROMNTHE FACILITY…..SO I LEFT THE TABLE CLOTH ONNTHE TABLE BECAUSE I FEEL ME AND MY FAMILY WAS BEING RACIALLY PROFILED I THEN EXPRESS TOBTHE BLONDE HAIR MANAGER THAT WE WILL NOT BE GOING ANYWHERE UNTIL OUR TIME WAS UP …… PARENTS BE WARE THE BLONDE HAIR MANAGER FROM SUNDAY 4/28/24 IS SUPER RACIST AND WILL PROFILE ALL BLACK PARENTS WITH KIDS…….

I had my son's birthday party here today and I will never be going back. The management was incredibly rude and made us feel very unwelcome.

Great place to have a birthday or take the kids. We did all the extra attractions. One concern is safety on the little go carts. The employees need to be trained better to make sure kids' feet stay in the car and their seat belts are on before they start the race. They didn't seem to care one way or the other about the safety aspects. It was a fun place to visit! Kids really enjoyed themselves. Hope this review helps to bring awareness to safety for your company.
