They love my Maxx like a member if their family! The staff takes notice of any issues and IMMEDIATELY informs us! I just wish they would give points based on when my dog is checked in and out - eliminate the need to scan every time. Most loyalty programs systems automatically integrate purchase and points

I have a difficult dog. She is a very loving dog but is afraid of new people and new dogs which makes her very, very aggressive. Most dog kennels in the area will not touch a difficult, aggressive dog. The staff at K-9 University – Garland understood her problems and was able to work with her during the initial evaluation and first day care session. This shows a very high level of expertise at K-9 University – Garland.I am looking forward to working with K-9 University over the next several months to get my dog accustom to day care. It is a relief to know that day care is now possible. Yay!!!

Excellent for dog training. I also take my dog to day care there two times a week. She loves going and playing with all her friends. They also offer dog baths, grooming and nail trimming.

Hans is now 15 months and still full of puppy. We had let his training lapse a bit over the holidays but he is back at school now and doing very well. The lessons of "Board and Train" he had for two weeks as a puppy are still with him in his cute little head somewhere. He loves his trainers and his canine friends in Day Care. He may even graduate some day, but he seems to like the social life at college better than the academics.

From the bottom of my heart – thank you! I've always loved my dog but I enjoy him much more now that we've both had some training. I just wanted Whitey to stop jumping on people and to not pull when I walk him. But you've taught us both so much more.

Excellent service. First time to K-9. My groomer was Exceptional, he listed to what I wanted for my little girl's cut and did perfectly.

We absolutely love K9 University for boarding and grooming. I can’t speak to the training or day care, but we have been customers for years and couldn’t be happier. They are always so kind and responsive. Not to mention, the dogs love it there!

K-9 University offers a great, budget-friendly, two week obedience boot camp for pups, and I couldn't recommend it enough! We sent our dog there and she was well cared for by the staff, got lots of play time with other pups, as well as offered multiple training sessions a day with different trainers, in a variety of contexts. The best part, is that training isn't done after the two weeks; you get to come back, weekly, for more training practice and gain more guidance as the owner as you work to transition the obedient behavior from the training facility into the home. We have had great results so far and are so happy to have found this place!

We only use K9 University for boarding a couple times a year, but every time we do the staff is consistently kind, patient, and helpful. Not just to me but to any dog and guest that enters through the door. I’ve been so impressed with how well they seem to know each dog and dog parent even if they are a rare visitor like me. It’s comforting to know I don’t have to be a regular to feel that my dog is getting special attention. Would 100% recommend!

Staff is wonderful and our dog has learned so much. Our dog is doing day training and gets to join the day care group. She loves playing with the other dogs.

I had contacted K-9 University as an alternate to my current daycare due to pricing. I initially spoke with Nicole, who guided me through the onboarding process and how to use the app. Scooter was going to board that Saturday and, being a nervous mommy, of course was concerned. When we arrived, we were greeted by Andy, the head trainer, who was able to help while the front desk staff assisted other customers. He reviewed my information and ensured everything was correct, including feeding schedule, Scooter’s personality, and meds.Scooter has severe separation anxiety and if out of sight for a moment, he cries and tries to follow me. Andy took his leash and walked to the play area door – and Scooter couldn’t care less about me! I checked in with Andy later that morning and Scooter was having a good time with his new “friends,” which allowed me to have a night out.Upon pick-up, I met several employees that not only needed a job, but loved what they did. All were long-timers and I saw with each customer that they cared as much for the pup as they did the pet parent.Thank you to all, but a special thank you to Susan, Andy, Jordan, Noah, Nicole, and Angela for making Scooter one happy pup! We look forward to seeing you again!

I took my dog to day care and then paid for a bath 25.00. Day care was great. I thought they were going to do a report card for him but didn't see one this time. Also, disappointed that his nails weren't clipped with the Bath. The brochure says they will bath dry and clip nails. I even ask them to remember to clip his nails and his dew-claws. No nails done:(

my poor dog diesel got sprayed by a skunk the groomer here was spectacular. I feel like hugging my dog again.. this one instance aside I've actually used them for training boarding as well as even a vaccination one time I have nothing but the utmost respect for everyone that works there and I am so happy they are near my house. I would 1000% recommend this place. thank you all, ryan
