We have come here for years. One of the machines wasnt working and I tried to report it and asked for a refund. He accused me of stuffing the washing machine and I didn't. The clothes weren't fully washed and he said they are. I was watching them being washed while he wasn't there. He showed up the last 5 minutes of the wash! I used to be a housewife i know exactly what im talkingabout! I tried to explain to him and he refused to listen. My husband confronted him and tried to explain that we just wanted our refund back. We are deaf and the attendant argued with us and kicked us out and called the cops on us!!! Is that how they treat customers, especially with disabilities? What a horrible man!!

We had a problem with our washer and needed to do laundry. King Wash has plenty of machines. The washers seem a bit small but I haven't been to a washateria in years and have no way of knowing what is standard. The dryers are larger. It's a quick way to do several loads at once.

Wish they still opened at 7am as I get an early start to my day. Clean, friendly, lots of machines. The prices have gone up over the years I have gone there. Biggest washer says $9.75 but has been taking $10. Otherwise, great place.

Huge laundry with plenty of space and a little store to buy extra laundry supplies and snacks. They have free dryers if you do your laundry there. They have 4 super large washers that I use for washing blankets, bedspreads, sheets and pillows. They cost about $10 but worth it. I don't even try to wash those big items at home because my washer at home can't handle them. They have no hot water but warm water is plentiful.

I took my bathroom rugs there to wash. There is an attendant. Very clean. But, wow, I'm so happy I have a washer and dryer. It is expensive to go to the laundromat.

Clean. Minus two stars for: Only about 9-10 clothes carts for 54 dryers and at least the same amount of washers. Only one working change machine out of only two... and what's with this effing "free dryer" policy in the DFW area?!?! Can't owners understand it becomes a disservice when people use and abuse the policy using one washer and then hoard 4 dryers?!?!?

This was a great place to wash. Very clean, machines clean and good customer service. Oh and dryers are free.

The lady was cleaning the machines behind me while I put $3.75 in the machine. The machine would not start. This is one of the newer machines. I told the lady so she put a quarter in the machine and then it didn't show on the screen. She then told me I need to put money in the machine. I told her I did as she was right there. She put her finger to her ear to show me that she didn't hear me put it in. I have been going to this laundromat over a year and I will never return. Pay your money and take your chances if you want to wash there.

Clean and staff is nice too.If you need free dry, ask staff first.

They’re thieves. Even if you pay for something that doesn’t turn on. They’ll take your money and tell you to put more in.
