Kroger Pharmacy is a well-run establishment that provides excellent customer service. The staff, particularly Helen, are praised for their attentiveness, knowledge, and understanding of customers' financial situations. They go above and beyond to assist with medication needs, even calling customers when a high-cost medication comes through. The pharmacy is described as a "life saver" and the "best," with the convenient walk-up window being a notable feature. However, some customers have experienced issues with the pharmacy's adherence to regular hours and occasional denials of medications that other pharmacies accept.
Would be great if they followed regular pharmacy hours and not Canadian banking hours. Also, getting denied for things that other pharmacies accept is a let down and happens regularly across our kids prescriptions.

Very helpful with all your needs. We will be gone for 6 months to go overseas and they took care of every medicines both me and my husband will need. Life saver in my book. Can't thank them enough.
