The people there is rude … they could really care less about your needs . My dad high blood pressure medication been delayed for over 2 weeks .They keep saying something with manufacturing… They have a tone with you when your just caring for your loved ones ….

Jennifer is the rudest lady I've ever met. Talking over you, not listening. My medication os apposed to be taken everyday at the same time. Every week it's a different story. I'm reading the reviews, looks like I'm not alone

Just posting an update. I was here over a year and for 6 months I asked them to put me on their auto text to let me know when my medicine was ready. They never did. The pharmacy manager was rude and uncaring. One girl was so bad I would go the next day until I didn’t see her.I moved to Denton this week. Yesterday I called Walmart and requested a transfer This morning I got an auto text from them saying my prescription was ready to pick up. What Kroger in Garland refused to do for over a year, Walmart got done in less than a day.

I went in for groceries. Self checkout had 15 people in line, 1 register closed.... 1 regular manned register open and the 2 people at the self checkout didn't seem to care. Manager was standing outside talking to an employee and didn't care either.... Didn't want to open registers or help clear the self checkouts. Was told when I said I was calling corporate "good luck" so shows how "corporate America" cares about the everyday person

The Pharmacy here is awful. I won't even shop for groceries here because of the eye rolls I got just for asking if they had the correct phone number on file since I never receive any texts when my prescription was filled. Extremely poor customer service. There's no way that this will be the only complaint on here about the pharmacy and lack of any people skills or desire to actually work.

Don't use the pharmacy at this location. The pharmacist is rude, crude and not customer friendly. They never have anything in stock causing issues with continuing use of medication. Don't use them.

As an attorney I will be filing a lawsuit against this Kroger for failure to dispense my medication on time, and failing to listen to a patient and deciding to make me wait longer amount of time because a tech refused to count properly

Very Very seldom is the customer service department open. So when they are closed that is 70% of the time confirmed by another Kroger employee. When closed customers CAN NOT cash their checks, Can Not purchase money orders, Can Not use Bill Pay, can not return items there was a issue with that was purchased from this location. Plus many other services that ALL other Kroger Stores have. Apparently, there is a problem that needed to be resolved 2 years ago, that has become everyday business at this Kroger Location. This location needs to be closed for 1 month, bring in a team to evaluate what it will take, if even possible, to get this store back operating in the capacity it should, bringing in the revenue that is possible, yet thousands below what could be netted here.It is apparent to many that there is a resolvable problem at hand, however, the longer it is put off, then it becomes farther from possible.Store shelves have expired items, items out of place, that were stocked just to get them out of the box. On every visit I make to this location I see more and more things that should not be this way. I see more and more of losses of products and items someone orders, yet there are no sales of any of them. This tells me someone or some employees are getting paid off to order items that no one purchases. I have audited several firms and what APPEARS going on here is Similar to what I have seen in corporations.By no means am I making any accusations, I am stating that someone needs to take a look closer.The isles are crammed, almost impassible at times. It is dirty, very seldom can a person go through a regular check out. 99% of the time it is all Self Checkout that can be overwhelming because prices on a lot of items are not correct, coupons and sales on some items are overlooked and this causes a delay for everyone. I ask that management in the corporate office will read this, call me, email me, text me or reach out to me to contact you.

This pharmacy refused to fill what my doctor prescribed and instead of contacting them first, they decided on what to give me based on their preferences. After calling to try and understand their reasons, I still resulted in disappointment and without a proper answer. They also didn’t release my previous prescription on time when it was sent and authorized. I ended up being really low in my levels after getting blood work done. It seemed like I was continuously bothering them, but all I wanted was my prescription to be correct. I got tired of getting shut down every time I asked. Not very welcoming or accepting. I would take my business elsewhere.
