This evening, I came into the store,only to be met by one of the rudest employees that I have ever encountered. The gentleman who worked there, didn't greet me even after I spoke to him. I will likely not be returning to this location.

Walked in and wasn't even greeted, even looked at the emoloyee 0 eye contact... not one person acknowledged me... left without even a bye either from them. I was looking for a swimsuit but with no help or acknowledgment decided to leave and look elsewhere.

Ashley was so helpful and patient. I loved my experience here and will come back for all future bra purchases with her. I have always gone to Victoria’s Secret for bras I wondered why they didn’t fit right, I was sized wrong. Walking in I felt discouraged but Ashley was very quick to lift my spirits and help me. Ashley is so knowledgeable, if you’re thinking about visiting DO IT!!!

10/14/23 Update: Nicole was amazing! I was able to get two bras and eight pairs of panties for 100 bucks! And she helped fit me in a perfect bra size. Since I have lost so much weight that changes too ?♀️

I love this Lane Bryant in Firewheel. If they don't have what I'm looking for they are always happy to help me find it online and order it. I can either have it sent to the store or my house. I also like the fact that they have bra fitting here. Not to mention when the returns for the shoes are put on the shelves you can purchase those directly. Everyone I have come in contact with in the store has been overwhelmingly Pleasant to be with.

This store has definitely gone downhill. Not one person came to ask if I needed help while I was in the store. All the workers were in the back room talking and laughing.

I think I die a little inside every time I have to go bra shopping but with Ashley as my go to girl here at Cacique/Lane Bryant she is the BEST!! That girl deserves a raise better yet make her the manager of the whole store. I once had to try on bras for HOURS (NO JOKE) and I started feeling hopeless and tbh wanted to cry but Ashley came through and has always helped me. As long as she works there I’ll buy my bras from there
