This was my first time at this shop and right away I was greeted by Jeff and also interacted with Keenan. I have never felt so welcomed. I already knew what firearm I wanted and the process was hassle free.

There is no limit, lateral or horizontal, to their service. All joking aside I have bought multiple firearms and other products here. They have the best inventory and service. Even when I have had issues with items I have bought elsewhere (thanks Christensen Arms bought at Scheels…) they always go out of their way to help. 100% the best gunstore in DFW.

I have bought numerous items from this store. I consider them to be friends at this point. I can find just about anything I want and receive excellent value as well as service in the process. I prefer mom n pop establishments like this any day over big box stores. The friendly staff will often install any accessories that you buy from them free of charge. The prices they have are competitive. Kennan the owner is a great guy of higher integrity. He and his wonderful band of miscreants are a hoot. After escaping Los Angeles, and having not spent time at the range for some time given the political environment, it was refreshing to walk into a place, find what I wanted and get some education in the process. Guns, ammo, gun smithing. You will not find a better place in the area. One strong indicator of that is the number of law enforcement officers from various agencies municipal, state and federal that do business there. Whether you’re looking for your very first handgun or something special in a long gun, you will be hard pressed to find anywhere else that will get what you want and make sure it’s right choice for you.

Had a great experience ordering online from Lateral Limits. They had a hard to find item at a great price. The communication was great and I felt very comfortable ordering from them even being out of state. They shipped the item super fast and it arrived quick and just as described. Highly recommend these dudes! Buy with confidence they’re great!

10/10 experience, great customer service, very desirable pricing, these guys will work with you. Will be recommending my contacts of this place. They do pistol dot cuts, can get most things from most places, and first responder/ military friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed and the store is well put together and clean. Phenomenal experience, my wallet is going to be hurting in the best way possible! Thankyou!

This is a hidden gem. I first stumbled upon this store when I heard there was free parking for Kia Souls. I was a little let down when I learned the free parking was inside and there was only room for one. The owner and his staff are super friendly and made sure that I felt welcome and appreciated the entire time I was there.

GIVING ANOTHER TRY ONE DAY*friendly feedback only* Stopped by to pick up an order of fire arm, mmm maybe I've been treated spoil like by other stores, the customer service didn't feel welcoming I could have bought more stuff by didn't feel the care and love no attention no offering info suggestions ..not my type of customer service maybe yours..mb replying: thank you for replying you did answer questions your guys weren't totally ignoring not at all again just didn't feel customer interest as we were there for little while waiting for what was pending, looking around you have awesome things but did not feel it for as customers no other chat, offers or suggestions you understand what I mean. thanks again just friendly feedback
