Jessica was very helpful. She made sure all my needs were met. I wasn't sure about the exact size needed but she took time out to show me 2 different size units, and thankfully she did because I definitely needed the larger unit. It was a smooth and pleasant move-in overall. Side note after coming from a totally different storage company where the customer service wasn't up to par, I am grateful that I stumbled across this location and Google and its actually closer to home.
