Don't buy a membership here, as they are only interested in your money. They talk a good game about the services they offer, but then they do not follow their own schedule. There are excuses about lack of staff or scheduling problems and making a complaint does not change anything. Don't be fooled by appearances.

Extremely unprofessional and dishonest. I visited the club with one day pass, and the polls and jacuzzis were closed due to an infection on the water. I called 2 days later to get the pass refunded or reassigned to a different location and one of the managers tried to tell me that I was lying, saying that closure was a day after my visit. How did I know that the pool and the Jacuzzi was closed when I only had one day pass??? On top of everything “The Manager” waned me to go in person for her to be able to look into this matter and stated that she was unable to do it over the phone. Life time do better! For one day pay?? Really you should had compensated me for the inconvenience with a 3 day pass now after one of your manager told me basically that I was a lier. Unacceptable.

Brett, the Pickleball Coordinator is definitely one of the best performers you guys have. He always greets every member and I with a friendly hi and always seems to be in a pleasant mood. I have personally taken a few lessons from Brett and the amount of value he brought in every lesson was extraordinary. Thank you Lifetime for bringing Brett to Garland.

This is a glorified daycare center, you can never play basketball because kids classes. They have kids center and now kids classes where racquetball used to be. I've been a member for several years when it was 24 hours. I was emailed advising of raise increasing but because of my loyal member my rates would stay the same. 3 months later I get an email saying they are going up and 2 months after that going up more again. I paid for 2023 membership never went to gym. Before COVID you had the option to pausing account at $10 p/month that's no longer an option and no longer can speak with someone at corporate you're always transferred to local area facility with no resolution. Spa appointments they are not transparent about their pricing. You expect to pay for the service but I was never told there's a fee for providing service appts in addt'l $25, sorry but your facials and spa service is not worth it! I will find another gym for my family of 3 to go to after paying over $2,500.00 every year.

I went to meet a long time friend at this location to train today. We don’t live close and this was middle ground. He currently has a lifetime membership and I am a past client from when I lived relatively close to one. I had planned to use one of his guest passes or purchase one if need be. After greeting the attendant and Informing them I need a guest pass they asked for my ID. Unfortunately my wallet was stolen or misplaced and I have yet to get into a DPS for a replacement. We were told no ID, no entry. I appreciate safety protocols, but mind you I’m a previous client so I have an account with my information that I can verify and a picture. I asked the attendant for a manager to seek more practical judgment, to my misfortune she was the manager. As a manager I would assume she can make a judgment call, especially considering I’m with a member and I past member myself. If I could give this customer service zero stars I would.

MINORITIES*******!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM!!!!I came in to inquire about becoming a personal trainer and felt like I was being interrogated by the front desk staff BEFORE the interview. I literally wanted to cry and walk out. Everyone (except Kevin) made me feel so small one of the personal trainers that’s been there for 15 years literally laughed in my face and shook her head. Intimidated by a woman of color maybe? Funny thing about the whole situation, I have 50K followers begging me to find a home gym to train them in. Will definitely be contacting corporate, news stations and post on social media that this gym is a devils playground. Barely saw any minorities members, should have been a huge red flag from the beginning. Sickening. Jim Crow vibes.

I have been training at this gym for around twenty years. The last year has been so bad I had to change lifetime locations. Let me just cut it short and say their customer service so bad I had to change locations.

Have been a member since I was 16, I’m 30 now and not much has changed. Gym needs a huge update, Outdated equipment, Bugs, not full 24hours, Overpriced. I could go on and on about it but I would be wasting my breath. Essentially this is the worst lifetime fitness to go to.

This is a FANTASTIC gym. So many amenities, the basketball court, so many machines to workout on, the punching bags, the jump ropes, the steam room in the locker rooms, the 2 huge hot tubs, the lap pools, the large indoor swimming pool, the sauna, the family locker room with private showers (great for families with little ones getting out of the pool), all the lounge areas, the spa, the cafeteria and even the large outdoor waterpark to be used during the summers.

Absolutely incredible Life Time location!I've been a happy member at the Flower MoundMicheal is a great trainer who welcomed us gladly!Zach is great manager!Gerome went out of his way to help me find my bag with my car keys, wallet, ect.Even after closing. Very well mannered, professional, intelligent, and hard working. ??I will be back!

I loved the experience at lifetimes cafe during every visit I would always see Caiden if I’m not mistaken that was his name and ever since his departure things have never been the same. The service is so slow on top of that it’s dirty and my order always comes messed up. I would always see Caiden cleaning and communicating with customers he was always a great worker would love to see him work there once again.

I've been coming here 3 years and canceling my membership.They shut down the steam room and nobody will say how long it will be to open again. It's been over 2 months now, I've seen an entire house be built in 3 months. There's no reason for it take so long other than incompetence or they just don't care about their members.
