Got an oil change here, they left my engine oil cap and coolant cap off. I didn't drive my car for 2 months because I work from home, and when I finally did, I had to get my car towed to another mechanic (Kwik Kar in Grapevine) because there was oil and coolant everywhere in the engine bay, my serpentine belt had come off, and the pulley holding it was loose (it cost 580 dollars to get it all replaced). When I gave this place a chance to remedy it, they told me it was my fault for not checking the bay for their mistake earlier. If you do get work done here, pop your hood afterwards to make sure they didn't leave the engine out on accident.

I highly recommend this place for a quick and friendly oil change, they do other things as well but the oil change service was a breeze. One of the workers was very informative and helpful by recommending the full-synthetic which I knew I needed... but, a brotha was on a budget so I had to get semi-synthetic. LOL...I'll do better next oil change.

Visited this shop for an oil change. Service was quick and amazing!! They gave me a heads up that my rear brake pads were getting low and would need replacing soon. No high pressure sales tactics. Came back and got the brake work done. Once again the service was quick, amazing, and super friendly!! I would highly recommend these guys for your auto needs!!!

Went up there this morning for a full oil change. They honored my Groupon voucher and took my car right in. He stated it only covers 5 quarts and mine took 6. I told him that I knew that, because unlike some people they don't read the voucher. He told me the price up front and told check my car for free. He said I need an air filter for my engine and a/ c and showed it too me. Gave the prices and everything. They were awesome and great people. Will be taking me cars there for now on. Excellent work and a hidden gem

Had a bad experience getting a wheel alignment, first time they didn’t do it right, truck was pulling to the right with the steering wheel off so I took it back right away and had me waiting for 1 hour again and still didn’t get it right, same issue by then truck was worse than how i took it, truck is new no suspension issues . They refused to give me a refund, they told me they don’t give refunds and no warranty, if they at least put a sign I would of know and get out of there before loosing time with these clowns, so I had to take it to dealership and spend more money finally they fixed it, the guys there don’t know what they’re doing the pic where all is done right was from dealership avoid going there

They did a fast & efficient job! I would definitely go back! They rotated my tires in a criss cross too which I appreciated! I got an semi synthetic oil change, rotation & inspection all for like $65 🙌

Best experience! I came in with my 6 month old son to get the oil changed. I didn’t have an appointment. I had purchased a Groupon and I know my Highlander uses more oil than the 5 quarts. Abdul told me upfront the additional amount for the oil and was very friendly. They had my car ready in less than 30 minutes. They changed the oil and checked all the fluids and even properly aired my tires. I cannot recommend enough this shop. Abdul was so professional yet honest and friendly. Highly recommended!!! 5 stars ⭐️

I needed a used tire because the tread was showing on one of my tires. Bought a used tire for $45 and when I left less than 30 minutes later A different tire went flat. I ended up taking it to discount tire and had to buy two brand new tires because both of the tires that I had issues with had screws in them. I do not think it’s coincidence. I truly feel that they’re not a trustworthy company, especially if you’re a woman I feel almost like a fool.
