I would give zero stars if I could. I bought over 4k worth of jewelry items. I wasn't allowed to look at what I had picked to be checked out. The rude 24yr old manager stated don't you know what you picked. Obviously they didn't know, because he rung up one thing I didn't want, and left off one item I should've had. They were near closing and DID not let me see if my items I picked were correct. Since the store was closing, the rudeness became worse. All my items were thrown in one bag like it was junk. I recorded it and took photos. Luckily, I caught a $1200 ring they added by looking at my total. When I got home, one of the necklaces was missing to a matching bracelet I purchased. I'm beyond angry that I was not able to verify my purchase at check out to assure I had everything I wanted. I got home and checked the bag and it was errors as I suspected..To be denied to double verify my purchase was absolutely disgraceful. They had the audacity to give me an item count, not if I had the correct items. The little 24yr old young manager was more worried about turning out the lights & leaving than getting my purchase right. I was at the store in plenty of time to have appropriate customer service. They were very short staffed and that was a huge reason I had beyond poor service. I'm not happy I didn't get all my purchase and was not able to verify appropriate sales discounts. The lady helping initially was great. I had to wait multiple times for her to help other customers because I purchased many items. I was patient enough to wait during the process of her helping other while still assisting me. My biggest issues were how they threw my items all in one bag, denied me access to see what I was purchasing, the young 24yr old male manager being rude and confrontational because I requested to see my items purchase and his rude comment " don't you know what you picked."
Yes, I knew, but obviously they didn't -do to him over charging me for something I didn't want and not getting an item I did want that matched a bracelet I purchased. I'm beyond frustrated as I have to get someone to bring me to shop. Now I have to figure out how to get back and fix his screw up. Customer service is dead at that place. "Do you want it or not" is what he said after creating a distasteful purchasing situation. That's definitely not what an investor or owner would say to a customer spending a good amount of money in a sluggish economy and with all the store closing and store boycotts. All I asked was to see everything being rung up that i purchased as mistakes can happen. Just as thought. It did happen. I want to show how my items were thrown in one bag like it was crap. One item was a 1k ring. This was absolutely beyond sub-par for Macy's. After I fix this issue in the morning. I will never shop there again. I will be posting how tacky they threw my items in one bag and rushed us out. They were so short staffed, people were confused...

Don’t return online items at this location. The guy at the return counter is very rude. Tossing boxes and items like he doesn’t want to be bothered. He stated, WOW, you are returning so much stuff. Will a manager please display your contact information?

Went here with my partner (they identify as they/them nonbinary), was stalked by a larger middle aged black woman who worked here. The employee tried to stop us from using a fitting room, when trying to explain that my partner needed help putting on an item I got a judgemental look from the employee and got the response "oh I can help her if she needs it"
I tried explaining that my partner doesnt go by she/her and that they also dont feel comfortable having a stranger in the fitting room with them (hence why they wanted me to assist them) the employee got extremely defensive and the way they were speaking to us was very unprofessional, especially with the implications they were making, like she was expecting us to do inappropriate things while in the fitting room.
I drive an hour to see my partner and to have our outing disturbed by an employee was very disheartening, hopefully this location can do something about this.

I was order a men jacket in December 2024 after I wait for 2 weeks finally came and I have to picked up at the store in firewheel. But that time I already went to Canada and they said will hold till December 24th so since I couldn't picked up cause I just back to DFW till January 4th I called the Macy's CS cause I didn't get the refund yet and they let me know that someone picked it up already. How could they let someone picked it up if wasn't me? Didn't they look the ID who is the picked up the package. I try to called the store number and they cut me off so many times before I could reach to the human work there

Really disappointed that a store the size of Macy's has no resources to accommodate disabled shoppers, when asked the sales associates were rude, and acted put out to have to deal with a disabled customer. I became disabled 2 years ago and cannot walk long distances, it amazes me that Walmart, Target, Best Buy, etc...all have multiple resources to accommodate the disabled and Macy's none. It's probably one of the reasons Macy's has had financial problems in recent years. I used to really enjoy shopping at Macy's, they're going to have to make some serious changes for my family to spend their hard earned dollar there again.

Terrible customer service. Tried to make a return and the cashier was extremely rude and dismissive. Couldn’t articulate the request. It was so disappointing, I will be closing my Macy’s credit card as result of this interaction.
