The ladies that were there working tonight are very rude, husband got a cellphone from there and the ladies answered the security questions and set everything up to where we can’t have any access on our online portal. Called, the girls kept rejecting our calls. They did not want to answer any of the questions we asked after leaving the store not even 5 min later! Very disappointed, very frustrated

The employee Stephanie was amazing. went out of her way to find the phone we was looking for. Had another store Deliver them for us to the store because they only had one at this location at the time. I highly recommend you go too this store for your next phone..ask for her she's great?

Worst customer service ever! The employees don't know anything. Gustavo was beyond rude. I understand one person came in after me but if I'm your customer you'd think you would try to help me first. He seemed more interested in me leaving than trying to get info to where I could go for actual help. Then he gave me the wrong number and kept saying to just buy a new phone or find someone to illegally fix the problem ? then when I asked for the manager to help he got mad saying he was more than a low life worker when I didn't even call him that. I don't care who I talk to as long as they could fix the problem

People low 🌟ing probably are the salty annoying customers that forgot they owed money or didn't have enough money to buy what they wanted. No problems here. Excellent service.

Visited today at 7pm.. the person working was very rude and not only to me but others that also came in while I was waiting. She did not inform us of certain dues until it was too late (said if we canceled my mother would lose her number for good) she'ss been having the same number since I was a kid. In all honesty people like her should not be able to work customer service.. if your not a happy person fake it until you make it. My job says they pay us to have a great attitude.. and even on my worst days my customers can't tell.. if you don't want to be there please leave. You can make or break a persons day just with your attitude.. you never know what people are going through I did nothing to you but from the moment We walked in We could tell we were unwanted. Sorry

Website says the close at 8:30pm on Saturdays when they close at 8pm. Drove 20 minutes to find out they are closed. Royal pissed.

I ask the lady if they could charge my phone ! She rudely said no! She said she can't ! I ask her if she was closing she said no she was going too lunch ! Before I could get anything out she locked the door ! It would have been nice if she ask me if I would like too buy a charger ! I just needed the bottom part ! I went in there last week they has no problem charging it ! I guess lunch was more important ! I don't know the lady name ! I will have her name tomorrow ! The problem I have I went next door too the cigarette place ! They were more than happy too charge it ! As I was telling her the customer behind me ! Was telling me they charge his phone yesterday ! What I'm trying too figure out ! Did the policy change today or was it lunch ! The gentleman gave me his number! He also told me been in there several times and the store was closed for lunch ! I have seisures so it's important I keep my phone charge ! Yes it's my fault I let it loose its charge ! I hope she enjoyed her lunch ! Not only will they lose a good customer ! I pay for four people phone ! I wish everyone would stick with the policy ! Or was it she had too eat ! I hope too hear from the manager because i will be calling corporate ! And I will let everyone know how poorly I was treated ! Because of her rudeness this company will be losing about 2400 a year ! I hope your lunch was worth it! I was in the store today Jan 31!
