Today, Saturday, 8/6/24, I went to pay my phone bill. Unfortunately, I didn't have change other than two 100 bills. I understand that maybe they didn't have change and I only needed three dollars. There is no other PC subway near my house. I was tired. around three in the afternoon so I collected 3 dollars of between 25 and 10 cents and took them to the young man which he told me I can't get them for you I told him because it's only three dollars!! He told me no and didn't take my payment, very sad that they are like this when someone arrives friendly and has been a customer for more than 10 years!! Do you think it was right for him to do that to me? Thank you for reading!

Not only did they Answer, and Hang Right Up, today, Thursday, 2/8/2024...appx 3:10p., but they would not answer each time I called after that.Home sick, can't get into a store, and one of my phones was unjustly disconnected?. I DID MY PART. Their Mistake Is Understandable. JUST FIX IT!! DONT MAKE IT HARD FOR ME TO FIX IT!!!
