I have visited this store multiple times with seemingly impossible situations, but the same guy has easily solved them every time. It is as if the company vice-president works here in an undercover fashion. If you have a Metro phone or an account this is the store to go with a problem that does not seem to have a solution.

Very bad service got a phone for 300 then I found out it was worth 40 dollars then a person put a screen protector on a 2 dollar case is 30 dollars here bad place I'ma prank call this place and get them with spam calls because they did this DONT COME HERE

I have a bad experience every time I go to the store a young man with tattoos on his arms tells me there are no payments but if I say I want to buy a phone he helps me I waited in front of the store for more than an hour and he was in a trick looking at me I could see his shirt that says metro and he received no help there were many people waiting
