When I walked into this store . Rafael the manager greeted us . I told him what I needed. He showed great customer service and quickly handled business . Rafael and Jojo took care of our needs and provided a great consumer experience. We left with 2 iPads and a iPhone . Long time t - mobile customer and I can always appreciate the consistent great consumer experience . Also all 3 of our devices where setup by them and we took home our devices out the door ready to go with no issues . Thank you again Rafael and Jojo .

I've had T-Mobile for over 5 years and decided to go in today to see about Upgrading my phone . To my surprise the T-Mobile employee (Thien/Tom) was Rude and No Help. He didn't even bother to look up my account or even ask my name . The whole experience at the Wallnut T-Mobile was HORRIBLE. Thien/Tom was beyond unprofessional and now has me considering changing Carriers. Bad Job and horrible Service. Don't go there .

Thien is rude, cocky, and super obnoxious. Not only with us customers but also with other T-Mobile rep when calling them he simply hung up the phone on their face. Never again. Good luck surviving this competitive market.

Do not go to this store. Worst customer services. T-Mobile let me down by hired "Robert" who works at this location, he has such a poor personal hygiene, come in to work with dirty finger nails, all 10 of his fingers. I can see dirt under his fingers nails from 5 feet away. I purchased a new iPhone and I cannot express enough how disgusting it is to see him handled my new phone with his dirty nails. He also has bad attitude, he did not wanted to explain or help me with any service. I tried to upgrade to a new plan and he replied : "oh I can't do that, you have to call customer service. He don't even try to explained what's all the services fees on the receipt and just wanted to rush me out of the store. I purchased a new iPhone 11 which cost me more than 1k and this is the service that I received from T-Mobile employee (Robert). Now, I ended up have to call the customer service to upgrade to a new plan, when he could've help me from the beginning. Can't believe the store manager would hired someone like Robert to represent him in this store location.

Horrible place. There is an asian old lady that works there and screws people over. She gave us a "deal" for a promotion where we get 2 phones for $400. She specified they will be NEW. Once we recieved the phone they were used and one was defective and she told us that we would have to call Tmobile. Once we did they asked us why we called. That she was supposed to give us the new phones then and there and they were supposed to be Brand New
