I went in and explained that my current iPhone had sound issue and I could either use my insurance and get another or pay off my lease from Smartpay and upgrade. I was told I needed to pay my lease off first before I could do anything. I did that in the store. So I now have my iPhone 11 paid off. I wanted a 16 and only when I was denied did I find out they use Affirm and no longer use smart pay. Well I still need a phone. I wasn’t told I could trade my phone in and upgrade since I’m a flex or vip plan. I wasn’t told I could get a iPhone 13 but had to change my phone number but it would be 360 out the door. I would own the phone etc. I agreed thinking this was my only option. Well it was close to 450 out the door. I was told she did a bundle and I could come in the following day after 8pm and get a speaker and charger or something. I called metro costumer service today and was told I most definitely could have traded in my iPhone 11 and upgraded it. So I was totally lied to. Now I have a new phone line I never wanted to change my number but was told I had to. And at the end of the month I can go in and have my daughters line added to this plan etc. and when I tried to call the location and speak with the manager to explain my dissatisfaction and what happened. I was hung up on and when I tried to call back the phone wasn’t answered and apparently the phone number I called is on another call and has been for the last 45 minutes. Because I have tried to call repeatedly for the last hour almost. So I got hung up as I was explaining what had happened the previous night and nobody will answer the phone now to discuss what happened with me. So I have 2 separate plans, a new phone number and iPhone 11 that I can’t hear out of when making calls with my old number still assigned to it. And a note on the back of my receipt written in sharpie that if I return today after 8 but before they close at 9 I can get a damn speaker and charger. And a written note to transfer my daughters phone to my new plan but I have to wait until the end of the month to do that. Also my receipt has no amount break downs so I don’t know what I paid for and the cost. Only that 360 out the door turned in to 442 plus 2 plans because I had just paid my old phone plan the night before. So 442 plus 86 I paid on original plan, and 200 to pay off my smartpay lease. So in a matter of 24 hours I paid 710 dollars to get a new phone but had to get a new number. The upgrade was a iPhone 11 to a 13 but I still have the 11, since I was told I couldn’t trade it in or get a better newer phone and keep my number. Zero help. They totally went against what I found today in looking on the internet and speaking with customer service what is advertised. Totally want commission on a sale and lied to me to get the best commission they could regardless that her practices were wrong. And I was given false information so making an informed decision is something I couldn’t do. And now the store hangs up on me and won’t even talk to me. Never has a bad experience with Metro and I have been a customer for several years and a vip or flex customer for over a year. They suck. And I might just change carriers all together because of the horrible customer service and the practices of employees that the manager appears to not only condone but apparently encourages. I would give 0 stars if I could. And it took over an hour to get my phone activated

We went in for a phone and needed help getting it set up once purchased. The customer service was great. I would definitely recommend this location.

Came to buy my mom a phone. Explained to staff that I didn't need anything fancy but every phone I looked at within my budget, they "didn't have". They would push and push to get me to go over my budget and buy more expensive phone. I thought ok, if they don't have what I'm looking for, maybe I'll get what they "do have" and work something out. But they would only work with me on deducting taxes. Really? Went to another store down the street, they had what I was looking for, no hassle, and even offered me same expensive phones this store had at a way lower price.
Honest customer service should be valued over easy profits.

Don't go in here, they will act like they are helping and then they will screw up everything... I had Amazon prime membership for over 10 years I walked in to get my phone fixed after my original phone didn't work. They then told me someone changed my payments, but yet I have paid online 120 forever and had free Amazon prime... But now I'm Amazon membership is gone and I'm still paying 120. I never asked for him to touch anything just change my SIM card over to my new phone...

I came in and they thought I was going in to buy a phone, I was there to recover my pin they refused to help me unless I bought a phone, they were so rude , Do not go here this is NOT A CORPORATE STORE! They will NOT HELP YOU unless you buy a phone!
