I came in and they thought I was going in to buy a phone, I was there to recover my pin they refused to help me unless I bought a phone, they were so rude , Do not go here this is NOT A CORPORATE STORE! They will NOT HELP YOU unless you buy a phone!

TWO agents at this location refused to assist me when they discovered that I simply wanted to change to a cheaper plan and that I was not looking to purchase a new phone or phone plan. Each of them informed me that the agent who had sold me the plan was the ONLY ONE who could help me. After THIRTY MINUTES of waiting (and COMPLAINING) while MY agent was ON THE PHONE with another customer, one of the agents FINALLY agreed to help me. Either of these two agents could have assisted me 30 minutes earlier instead of serving ONLY customers who were purchasing new phones or new plans. If this is standard practice, it is an OUTRAGEOUS policy! In addition to refusing to help me, I was treated as if I were senile. After about 20 minutes of waiting, I asked if they had a bathroom I could use. The agent motioned for me to follow him. He went to a door at the back of the store. Then he grabbed the doorknob and shook it, obviously to show me that it was LOCKED. Instead of unlocking it, he shrugged his shoulders as if to say there was nothing he could do. THEN he suggested that I go to Subway to use THEIR restroom! What a fraud! He KNEW that door was locked but put on that little show anyway. Does anybody fall for that pathetic act?

I went to this store today to change my plan to the $30 plan as I got a phone through the ACP program a month ago. At that time I had to enroll in their most expensive plan. I went to an agent who was currently not serving a customer and he told me that I had to be served by the agent who had helped me a month ago. He told me to wait FIVE MINTES because that agent was on the phone with another customer. Fifteen minutes later,the agent was still on the phone. I noticed another agent emptying trash. I asked him if he was available to help me. He said yes. But when I told him what I wanted, he ALSO told me that the only agent who could help me was the one who was STILL on the phone! I sat there another 15 minutes while both agents served several other people and MY agent was STILL on the phone! I kept loudly complaining about the excessive wait time, so finally one of the two agents that was NOT ON A PHONE CALL told me he could help me. He switched me over to the cheaper plan, as he COULD HAVE DONE 15 minutes earlier! My opinion is that when an agent finds out that you are not there to purchase a new plan or a new phone, they simply refuse to help you until they absolutely have no other recourse--the agent who sold you the plan is NOT available within a reasonable amount of time. And 30 MINUTES WAIT TIME when there are TWO available agents is NOT REASONABLE!

Brandon was amazing I came initially to switch a phone nobody over the phone could get it done but he was willing to walk me thru the steps understanding that I am a samsung user and my kids use IPhone he could see my frustrations as it always costs money when it comes to my kids phones. Thank you Brandon I'll definitely make this my go to location from here on out.

Tried pressuring me (a 10 year old that's autistic) into getting my dad to trade in my phone for a tablet, or a different phone even tho we gave him hints that we're broke but still keeped asking. Especially from a corporate store! That's bullcrap!

. I woulf like to give Brandon an outstanding rating. He did an excellent job. I recommend that he go higher in his career with Metro. There's not enough stars for him
