Female employees was short unhelpful impatient and rude to my disabled friend today I have half a mind to put everything on ALL social media platforms and have ALL my lines canceled and get every single family member and friend to cancel their services as well(which we have hundreds in our family with services).And I have a great deal of followers/supporters.(Which by the way this username will not show anything I do like some privacy but believe my true identity has tons of people that see my life daily online and I am in many different communities and my disabled friend whom was treated poorly is mpoc lgbtqia so this would not go over well for being known for..

I have been a metro customer for years, since they've opened. I went into this location for the first time to have them cancel a tablet line as the tablet was stolen/lost. Mind you i have been in to other metro stores and cancelled a line, there is no fee. Leo was the one there this evening, he said i have two options 1. I call metro customer service and cancel it myself or 2. He calls metro customer service and it would cost me $15 to cancel. That is outrageous, salesmen taking advantage of people. So I leave and call metro customer service who gets the line cancelled in less than 5 mins and confirmed there is NO charge to cancel the line. I advise you to go to another metro location!

David was amazing very nice fast and knowledgeable of all phones..He helped myself and a gentleman at the same time less than 30 minutes we both left with new phones....Thanks Metro Pcs for having such Great Customer Service ?

I will never let this store put a screen protection on my phone again because I have only have had it on for only two week and they will not replace it when it was the employees fault for not putting it on right.
