Diana was very rude. I am a T mobile customer and she accused me of being a Verizon customer because of my cell and told me to go to the next store. Why would I go into the store without being a customer? There were no other customers. I went to T Mobile and there was 30 minute break. Was it because I am not Hispanic or because I had a baby?

I think the attention from the employees is very bad, a week ago I went to purchase a cell phone line and the prices were different than today when I was able to get the money to purchase my line, the prices had risen almost 10 dollars, the advertising that seems in business (values), the prices are totally different from what the employees offer you, the activation price went up….. too.
Very bad attention from the employees.

This is not a five-star store these people are the employees are rating themselves the rating doesn't come from customers. According to the employees they don't even know who their manager is and I personally heard one of the employees tell the other employees to hang up on me. I have become completely disgusted by the outsourced liars on the phone. This is the reason why they employ little young people who are little Yes Men but I'll be waiting for these two

The ladies Denise and Natalie are very sweet and knowledgeable and patient. Initially went in with my mom to reset her password but she helped her get a new without having to change her phone number and it was really cheap, thank you so much ❤️

They quote you whatever they want. The first time I went I asked for two lines with the 2 free phones on their promotion, I was quoted $195, the next day I went back it was over $300!

Swiped my card 3 times and lied and said the transaction only went through once and it actually went through 3 times. I tried to tell the salesperson the screen showed approved all 3 times now my bank account has been charged over $435.00 for one damn phone. I will be prosecuting this location.
