Very Good Customer Service and Support for my phone. This guy is a pro and knows about all the phones, and tablets. He answered all of my questions and assisted me with the issues I had. I will refer and recommend this location to anyone that has a problem or a question about their mobile phone.

Best costumer service I've ever had with a cell phone company. Ferris went above and beyond to help me switch carriers. We weren't able to accomplish this because of a major error on my current carrier service. But I'm confident that I will have my phone back in working order soon! Thank you Metro!!

As a former employee here, I do NOT RECOMMEND for this dealer. I worked for the company (Metro by T-Mobile) for going on 10 years and this by far was the worst experience. I dedicated 4 months to this job endlessly, called in once out of the four months and came in numerous times for constant call ins and quits. I worked my a** off and also bought supplies for the store most times outta my own pocket and was the main person communicating with other employees because they were all very intimated by him. When I took my vacation for a week and a half for my 10 year anniversary with my husband, he called me off the clock for 40 mins to discuss why the current employees weren't hitting their goals and still wanted me to work off the clock, 4 hours away, to help the employees meet their goals. I came in on my days off to get change for the store, as well as going after I got off to grab supplies and also more change if need be - and this was an everyday thing. I trained the new employees and also covered other locations to help alleviate another manager so he could obtain a day off. I slaved away 230 hours at this store and earned a bonus for the month of September; when I decided to put my two weeks in, in October,(due to the awful hours and staffing that was promised and never received, only sent to a busier store); The owner changed the rules for the bonus last minute, and threaten to call the cops if I didn't return my keys. I couldn't even complete my last two weeks, got let go about 6 days before my two weeks were up. I was let go then and am now prohibited from going back to any of his stores because I asked for my bonus check. My last check is apparently going to be mailed to me when I'm right down the street from the location; even though mailing the check was never discussed. I do not recommend working for this dealer, too little employees and too many promises that aren't kept. Unless you want to work 11 hour days nonstop and get dogged for taking a vacation, I would seek employment elsewhere.

I went in there with a t mobile phone to put on a metro account, it took a long time but the manager P.F was very cool and patient. He didn't make any money off of us or charged us for any service, although he went above and beyond in his customer service, just to get the job done.Today it is very hard to get this type of service from anyone, i was very impressed and appreciative for this help. I wish there was more people who work like this.

Avoid this location, there is a stupid new girl that works here and she is d*** and horrible. She needs to learn customer service. I don't even understand how she was hired. She must only have been hired out of pity because she might have a kid. This woman has no sense of customer service, is rude and constantly taking up time gossiping instead of helping customers. She is so negligent. She should be fired if this store wants to keep it's business. Shame. Who hired this d*** woman!

Terrible experience. The manager is a total j**** She illegally turned my phone off because I refused to take the phone plan that she wanted me to. She lied in the computer and fabricated the entire incident. Went to corporate & filed complaint on her and received great service. I wouldn't recommend this metro authorized dealer to anyone ever!!

The screen protector was put on wrong by a sales associate. There were bubbles making it hard to type & then after 2 weeks the protector cracked. Amy, whom said she was the store manager, said that it was passed the 2 weeks & refused to fix it. I called metro-pcs. Each store is individual dealers. Amy refused to give me her last name, the owners name, & any information so this could be handled. My recommendation is to not use this location. Since they will not stand behind the products they sale. Plus...this was only like a $10 protector! It's the principle of it.
