GO ANYPlace Else. The staff and providers were rude and unhelpful. When I didn't have the proper paper printed out, they would not help me even though I know other locations would accept digital forms of the same document. While that process is an issue (for a place that has 5 tablets for checking in and taking insurance and everything else electronic) but my issue is more with the rudeness of the people. After scrambling to find a location nearby to print my health screening form. I returned 30 min later to be told they are ABOUT to go on their 90 min break and could not help me (even tho their break wasn't scheduled to start until 15 more minutes).Avoid these people if you can. They should not be in the service industry much less be medical providers that are supposed to be in a "convenient" location. They are anything BUT convenient.

Went here today for my daughter’s meningitis vaccine for college. We paid over twice as much to have a Doctor or a Physician Assistant at the minute clinic to administer the vaccine but that didn’t happen. There was a lady with no name tag, I assume she was a medical assistant or a CNA who called us into the exam room. There was a lady in a white coat at the computer who introduced herself as the PA. The PA never turned around or did anything other than type on the computer the entire we were in there. She didn’t administer the shot or even see if the shot was administered. The other lady drew the shot into the syringe and kept putting her gloved fingers all the way into the biohazard waste container where the used needles go. Her fingers were touching the side and everything inside the container. I saw this and asked her to please change gloves because I was concerned about cross contamination. She started raising her voice saying there was no cross contamination. I told her I saw her touch the inside of the medical waste container. She said it was dirty and there was no risk from cross contamination from touching it. I told her that is ridiculous because I just saw her put needles in there, and used needles have blood inside them. She looked me in the eye and said no it didn’t. I told her again I wasn’t fighting with her but she WAS going to change her gloves and get a new needle and everything else. She then slammed the syringe down and said “Well now its on the counter so there even more risk for infection.” I said well that’s why you’re going to get a NEW EVERYHING THAT IS CLEAN!” She said “Oh you want a new needle?” Then ripped off her gloves and snatched the box with the new vial that was in front of the PA and put on new gloves and redrew everything. I watched her like a hawk to make sure it was clean. Then she walks over to my daughter, stuck her and then yanked the needle out. I don’t think she administered the shot. Then she goes “Oh did that hurt?” And my daughter was like “Ya” Then this psycho goes”Oh first time in years” waded everything up threw it in the trash and stormed out. The PA never said a word or even turned around. Just sat staring at the screen the entire time. This clinic is going to give someone a disease from cross contamination! If I hadn’t been so vigilant she could have given my daughter HIV or Hepatitis. She should never have administers that vaccine! She did not have our consent to do so! I am filing a complaint with the state! What she did was unethical and illegal! Stay away from here!

Terrible experience. I waited for 50 minutes past my appointment time to finally be seen by a doctor with a attitude. When i refused a covid test (which i wasn’t there for) she refused to see me and made me leave. complete waste of time and a doctors who can’t focus on anything other than the pandemic.

the doctor's attitude is unfriendly, and stigmatizes the patient

The lady who cared for me, Dr. Nair, was the sweetest. Went above and beyond to help me. She listened to my concerns and explained everything thoroughly. I was afraid of going here because of the reviews, but honestly I had a great experience. She took me in quick and didn’t make me feel rushed. I really appreciate her care.

I was able to schedule a same-day appointment and get the help that I needed on my lunch break. I really feel like I am cared about as a patient.

Don’t go here for blood draws. The PA is really nice, but is inexperienced with blood drawing. It seemed like she didn’t know where my veins were, and I was stabbed twice and the second time she moved the needle sideways while inside. My veins are very visible from the skin surface and normally would only take 3-5 seconds to collect a full bottle of blood, but she was only able to collect a third of the bottle after the needle was in my arm for a whole minute or two. I’ve had my blood drawn so many times that I’m no longer scared of watching needles go in my arm anymore. She didn’t hold the needle still because the needle end was getting pushed out so she had to push it back in. When pulling out the needle, she covered my skin with an alcohol pad instead of a cotton pad and it stung when she removed it. It hurt a lot and my arms were very sore afterwards. I felt like a training dummy for getting blood. The staff are quick to call me when I scheduled ahead online, and are kind. I only had the worst blood drawing experience I’ve had in my life, and I have had many.

Kelly, who works in the minute clinic, is truly one of a kind sweetheart. She was extremely helpful and devoted her time by scheduling my family and I new appointments online when the system wasn't working as I scheduled the appointments earlier in the day.

Worst location I have ever been to if you are going to have a scheduled appointment system it needs to be enforced. Waiting over an hour past your appointment without an update is unacceptable. I recommend no one waste their time here!

I was there this morning for a measle booster and shingles shot. The PA who staffed the location was wonderful and attentive. There was a one hour wait for my early morning appointment, however, so get an appt. as early as possible.
