To Victor M. He honored a return of an item and before doing so I did my due diligence to look at policy but there was no mention of said item. Agreement was made, return was honored, great customer service and satisfied customer.

They are always so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! I've come here with my son plenty of times for supplies and have never had a bad experience.
