  The only reason I’m ok with one star is because my feet was soft and the pedicure was nice. However I went to get my nails done for New Year’s Eve and I got a full short set and a simple pedicure for $100! I told them I wanted French tip and white toes not ont was the shape of my nails horrible and uneven but my toes was bad too. I had to reshape my nails when I got home and my toes are so bad they are not fixable. I wasn’t going to leave a review seeing that this was a last minute one time thing because I have a actually nail tech but THEN Jan 6 my account goes into the negative $100 because my account was charged, refunded, and charged again! Like whyyyyyy would yall refund the money instead of just KEEPING IT! now I’m missing money that I absolutely need at this moment because they don’t know how to do business. If I could dispute this charge I would! 0/10 recommend!

  I actually thought everyone was really great when I first walked in explaining I was bringing my daughter in for her homecoming, and she was getting her hair fixed next door. I got a pedicure, which was great! Then my daughter walks in and everything changed. The man doing my toes did hers and was extremely rough with her feet to the point we all were watching to see what was happening. He took the toe holder off my toes to put on her toes directly off my feet. A lady asked about my nails and I said yes but I rather yall start on my daughter since she’s the priority. Everyone proceeded to be as slow as possible and 3 and a half hours later they accomplished 2 pedicures and one set of nails. People came in after and got their nails done while I sat in a chair waiting. I wish I could say it was miscommunication but I continuously stressed the importance of us being out quickly and was told her nails would take 45 min. Well fast forward to now, she is late to her homecoming and finally getting dressed leaving me time to write this review. It’s sad for such great work there’s no actual care for the people. Especially when I said repeatedly it was a special occasion and we’re in a rush. If they were honest, we could’ve just left and painted ourselves. It unfortunately felt intentional.

  They are so nice here and treated me like I belonged. The nail tech was very good and I’m very satisfied with my nails. I have been going to them off and on since I was in high school. I just moved back to DFW after being away 10 years and I can say they are the best in the south Garland area hands down for making you feel welcome and appreciated. Thank you.

  This place has really went down. First of I had to tell the lady to soak my nails to get the powder off. She grind and soaked my nails until they were sore! I used my own nails. She broke some of them off! She never was able to get the color off so she put another color on top! When she finished my nails it was color all over my skin! I told her I wanted powder but she used overlay! Then they had the nerves to charge me $95 for a job that a 3 year old could have done! I'm never going back. All the good worker's have left that place. I wish it was a way that I could post pictures of this crappy work they did!

  I never get my nails done here anymore because they do a horrible job. I asked for black french tip and this is what I got vs what I asked for. She told me to come back the next day so she could fix them and then tried to say I came too late and she was busy. I made her take the entire set off and refund me after waiting almost an hour. There’s only one nail tech inside (the owner) and she ALWAYS telling ppl to come back that’s she’s busy! I came in for lashes today 7/20 she told me she was busy even though I called before to make sure I could get my lashes done. WASTE OF TIME & MONEY! Won’t ever come back here.

  I love this place!! Been coming here over 8yrs and the owner does fabulous work her and the staff. Never disappointed always satisfied when I leave.

  Ms.Mai was sooo nice, and so kind to me. She did everything exactly how I wanted. She even offered me beverages. She definitely is my recommended nail stylist.

  Christine was kind and offered good conversation however, she offered mediocre nail service. My nails are badly cut, she did no clean up, and worked really slow to get to my mother. Once my mother and I said we have no time, that’s when they created a sense of urgency to do my mothers nails but I didn’t find it worthy simply because my nails looked mediocre. I probably could’ve done the same job for way less. Will not come back here. $30 gone and my nails are not clean or tamed.

  Prior to beginning a manicure the employee performed a "massage", on my hands and arms. At some point it became painful because she was twisting my skin but she was very aggressive. I now have a 2x1 inch purple bruise; when I showed it to them this morning they stated 1) it's due to medications (not!), 2) ice the area, 3) it'll go away. Realizing that it WILL fade their excuses were self serving.Service: Manicure

  The first time I went they did a pretty good job on my nails & toes. Not sure her name but based off other reviews I’m going to say her name is “Helen” .. she did a really good job so I decided to go back. A younger girl did my nails & toes the next time. I was not pleased at all she had acrylic on my nail bed & skin.. she could not shape my nails like I wanted .. I asked for square & she gave me round, she also suggested I get an overlay on my big toes , I’m not sure why bc she got acrylic everywhere …I was so embarrassed by my nails.. I might go back, I’ll just have to ask for “Helen”
