Do not use Navy Federal. Some back office idiot changed the entire system for account management. Making it ridiculously hard to handle multiple accounts!! What use to take 3 clicks to do now takes 20. Leaving you frustrated, irritated and flat anger that instead OF SEEING EVERYTHING ON ONE PAGE THAT YOU NEED YOU NOW MUST CLICK OVER AND OVER AGAIN TO SEPARATE PAGES WASTING TIME FOR THE INFORMATION TO POPULATE. THE SYSTEM waste the 1 asset irreplaceable TIME!!!!! TERI DUHON

Wonderful staff. I was greeted at the door by their check in clerk who input my information into the system and pointed me in the right direction to get my banking errands done in a timely manner. Very clean and well organized! The waiting area is small but simple and easy to navigate. They also have a drive thru for banking as well and one ATM lane.

I opened an account online and after a week and notification that my account was approved and processed I went to this location to attempt to get my new account number etc, possibly a temporary debit card. I have just over $2K I need to deposit. I spoke to the woman at the podium, explained what I was here for and she told me to wait for my card to arrive. That’s it. I was not directed to speak to a banker or specialist. I guess I found an institution that doesn’t accept deposits from current clients. Obviously I’ll be closing the account.

I've been a member of Navy Federal CU for a number of years and most of my transactions have been done via phone or online. But regardless of doing business by phone or in person, I have always...repeat...ALWAYS experienced great customer service. Additionally, I like that their interest rates, on their CDs for example, are always current and generous and that they offer numerous opportunities to really save and grow your money for both short and long term. I also find their online app easy to use. Thanks, people, for making my experiences with Navy very enjoyable.

I had a very nice experience dealing with getting an insurance claims check deposited. The rep that helped me, Lily, was very professional and thorough. She made sure that she got everything that was required to deal with the check along with getting the information I needed for any additional steps.Great service.

The customer service is great. The line was short, it moved fast. The teller was friendly and knowledgeable he helped me with a new debit card. I never received the one in the mail. There was a lady that greeted me as soon as I walked through the door she had such a welcoming voice and warm smile. You don't see that anymore. I feel like I made the right choice in doing business with this bank.

NFCU is amazing, however my recent visit I was profiled and it was very uncomfortable. I may just start going to Allen. Very disappointed at this experience. When I got to the car I asked the person I was with if they felt that and they said yes your not the only one. Why is some of the reps this way here? Would you like for customers to come in with their uniform or a shirt that list their credentials? Stop judging a book by its cover. The tall rep appeared to be Hispanic was very rude. I should have called him out on how his attitude was however it was my daughters birthday and we were just excited to open her first checking account, however it was a very uncomfortable experience. The rep failed to explained things and became very silent when I asked for additional explanation. All around horrible experience.

Tried calling to avoid a needless trip. That was pretty much useless. Had to go in. then waited for about 45 minutes to speak with person about new account. Did that and went home to set up online banking, security questions, notifications, Zelle, etc. I screwed up on the answer to one of my security questions. I called the customer service number and was on hold for about 35 minutes total and spoke to 3 people that could not help me. I was put on hold for over 1 hour to speak with the person that was the department that could assist me. HORRIBLE Customer service. Really who has over 2 hours to sit on hold to fix something that should be an edit button on the mobile app or website. NO consideration for other peoples valuable time! New account and may just keep it as a basic account and not switch over all my banking. My current credit union is far and was hoping to find a good CU closer. But it never takes longer than 10 ninutes to get through to my long tme CU.

So I ordered a gift card on September 7, 2021. I was told it would take up to 10 business days. I called them on the 21st to tell them it never came in the mail. They said they could not investigate what happened because they need the card number. How can I give them the card number when I never got it?! So I contacted another department. They said they would open an investigation. Meanwhile, they would give me the 100.00 in my account provisitonally. Here it is Oct 17th. No money in my account and no gift card. I called and they have no note on the case or updates. They claim that they never promised the provisional money either. And that it could take 180 days to investigate!!! 6 months!!! Terrible service and they are incompetent. I will be closing my acct tomorrow.

I'm not sure as to why every time I go to the bank I'm not greeted or even a simple hello. What happened to customer service?I've only had unpleasant experiences - I may have to reconsider my banking institution.These type of things really do matter.As of today, October 24, 2019 they have a nice addition to the personnel. I am adding an extra star just because of my experience based on today's service. Keep it up and I'll add stars for each time I come in and get this type of treatment!

Good bank and people. Just fed up with the atm’s not always working when I need to deposit my tips.
