Vikki, Rita, Amanda, these ladies Display excellent service EVERYDAY, every time!! Vikki stays on top of it, to ensure that the school is clean and runs in an orderly fashion. Rita is VERY PASSIONATE, When it comes to our little ones! She knows what say and do to CALMLY calm our little ones down every time. KUDOS to all of you!

Both of my sons have been going here for almost 6 months now my 5 year old and my 11-month-old all the teachers are very good about keeping you up-to-date with everything that's going on.

Had to come back to leave another review because i dont rm if i did before my son at the time was 1 years old and had attended this daycare he cried a lot due to him having separation anxiety, i explained to the daycare and they made me feel ok as in if they were going to help him become more social and make him feel safe and ok .. i highly regret my child ever attended this child care everyday i picked my son up from school they complained about him and had him strapped in a high chair all day literally!!! Well one day i picked him up from school because they called me due to him crying to much and when i picked him up and went to the store across the street he had dry pop stuck to him as in if its been on him for hours my son never went back since i pulled him out ASAP .. well now my son is 4 and attends a different daycare since the age of 2 and is doing a amazing job they were so patient with him .. this school doesn’t have patience and dont care about kids simple and should be shut down !! #MY EXPERIENCE AND OPINION 🤏🏽

Warm and welcoming invite coming straight to the door... that's very helpful... My child gets the very best of care .... My child gets a nutritious lunch filled with vegetables that they don't normally eat at home....

This is a Great Day Care for kids. All of the Staff is Professional, Supportive and in tune with the children's needs. Not to mention how Clean and Well kept the rooms are. I would Highly Recommend using this Awesome Facility!

CAUTION!! I would like to say there are some staff members that have a good heart but are working at a bad place. Do not send your child here if you care about them. In the past few years this location has been shut down by the health department more than once, school closed due to ceiling tiles almost falling on children. They do not communicate or work with you and will be hostile instead. Especially if your child is below the age of 3-4 and not fully potty trained. They pack the classes to maximum and lean on that as an excuse for not being aware of what the children are doing or sending them home covered in fecal matter. They do not do incident reports and can not tell you what happened. Even for a head injury. My child told me of having items thrown at her by staff and even going through the reporting process does nothing. I regret the time my child stayed while finding a better option. Be aware of the director especially. She is rude and dismissive and will never help you.

Just wanted to send a shout out to Mrs. CYNDI absolute doll! Also Mrs. Vicki for always working with me and my crazy schedule. Its hard to get your kid to like to go to a day care especially mine because she's Autistic. Luckily came across this gem and she wakes up every time in a good mood to go here. All the ladies are wonderful though no complaints here!

Absolutely awesome! Ms. Keallie & Ms. Cindy are the most sweetest teacher's I've met at "Northwest Highway Kindercare" I used to go to this awesome daycare a year ago, all teachers are amazing! I recommend bringing your children here!

Owner does not speak or acknowledge you bringing nor picking up your child.We have to call these places out that have bad customer service but want us to pay on time.SmhThey be looking at you crazy!Pass on them!

Can’t speak for all KinderCare locations but this one is definitely a no for me! I gave them benefit of the doubt considering I enrolled my son during Covid but somethings are just unacceptable. The lack of communication was one of my biggest concern, I would send occasional emails through the portal seeing how my son was adjusting being in a new environment that I still haven’t gotten a response too, but let you be 2 minutes late on your payment and Vicki Gilbreath then has all the time in the world to email and call! We never got the opportunity to meet any of his teachers, we were informed the kiddos had a curriculum that the followed but from what I noticed my son just basically played all day long. At the end of each day your supposed to receive a daily report on your kiddo outside of the initial check and maybe a lunch update no additional information we’re ever provided.

My two year old son has learned an tremendous amount of things in just a little under two months of attending. Their activities they do with toddlers kids are very helpful towards their learning abilities.
