2025 Office Depot still need receive to return. Asked for store credit as Home depot but can't. Trashed the item. I try to support local but Amazon is much easier. It was $8 item so I wait until convenience and lost receipt .

Abby from the print center is so patient, kind and hard working. I came in late in the day 20 mins before closing and she was so helpful to be quick to get my needs taken care of while also juggling the front cashier responsibilities. She deserves a raise!

Shout out to office depot. Congratulations on poor customer service. Opened and turned two customers away because no could run the printers. No manager on duty to help. Good job

A special shout out to Michael Johnson at the Garland (Garland Rd) store. Michael was very helpful with picking out our new office chair, payment and assembly. He contacted us the next day to let us know the chair was ready for pickup. Thanks to Michael, the whole process was stress free. We love our new office chair. I go here to print flyers for my shows and they are consistently the best! They will settle for nothing but perfection on your product and when it isn’t up to their high standards, they will work until it’s perfect. I will go out of my way to come here for that service.

Never use their self scan to email, especially if you need it in a hurry. It does not work. Call and they can't verify or help. You have to go back into the store and have the employee do it. And why do they have a self serve scan macine that takes your money and doesn't do the job?

Every time I come to this location and request help for fax or printing I always receive some excuse from the worker they either can't log in or their machine isn't working , or they are blaming it on the Internet.
If at all possible I would go to another location the help at this location are not very helpful they want you to use self serve and most of the time that doesn't work either .. a close location is not convenient when nothing works including the workers

I hope the store manager or Corporate reads this . Please give Abby a raise . She ran the front register and Office Printing side all alone . There were customers constantly walking in and she was running back and forth to help everyone. Everyone was so patient with her & im glad . She was very empathetic and apologized about the long wait time . I had some where to be but she was so sweet so I didn’t mind the wait. Please akknowlege this employee and let her know how hard of a worker she is & that she is appreciated

I got there as soon as I could to have 4 documents printed 20x. It was 7:50p and after struggling for a few minutes I just decided to have the guy working at the printer do it for me. The amount I needed was too high for him, he couldn’t because they’re about to close. Said he’ll have to do 12copies each max.
So now I’ll have to go back tomorrow for the rest and won’t be able to get these copies out to my students before the weekend.
On top of that he had the cashier charge me all colored sheets when one of the sheets is BW.
The 48 sheets I settled for took 30 seconds max to print…

David, the gentleman behind the copy center counter, was beyond helpful first thing on a Monday morning. I looked for about five minutes before asking his help locating some 8 1/2 by 11 cardstock. He explained the weight rating of 65 pounds threshold for cardstock and when he realized I didn't need a full 500 pack he sold me just what I needed from the copy stock for what I consider a fair price. Made my morning just a bit easier.
