The black joggers I bought for my son in December have been worn ONCE and "pilled" out after ONE wear and wash, with premium detergent. I'm very disappointed. They were color fast and didn't fade but as a single income parent, I definitely don't have money to throw away on cloths that only look nice for one wear. It's crazy because I haven't shopped Old Navy in so long and took a chance this Christmas.

I applied at this job waste my time money and effort and trust! The money I had left I could had used that on something else the hiring manager was off on the day of my interview last Friday if I known that I could had applied at another store and she rudely hang up on me yesterday and replace me with another candidate worst experience ever! God knows best he will get me a job that will fit me and I love doing! I been out without a job for 2months now and I don’t know how many weeks oh my god just pray for me??❤️?? very offended

Very upsetting when getting to checkout and the discount percentage is not what was on the table. Didn’t even honor the sign for their mistake on not labeling what the discount was on. Table showed 30% off and did not specify it was for the jeans. And clearly the cashier said people had been mistaken the discount but they obviously didn’t bother to change it. My girls had to leave 2 shirt because the price was now higher than what they had expected. Disappointing.

Went today after work and was browsing and immediately became covered in sweat!! I asked an employee if the AC was broken and he said no, this is what it is. He was also sweaty!! They do have 1 spot cooler at the register and a couple of fans but it was dangerous! Can’t imagine what it’s like on the weekend with more people, by the time I left I had sweat dripping down my back, this is definitely an issue and surely some kind of violation of code. I actually do NOT like this location as the store is always a hot mess, literally! I won’t be returning, get it together Old Navy, do better for your employees and customers
