I used to patronize them when I was living in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, it's a very good store with new things,.during the sales, they will give you two bags to fill with the clothes of your choice for $30:00 . The cost price could be $150:00.all you do is pay $30:00.if you know how to fill the two bags 🎒. Thanks.

I really like the store, but unfortunately, the staff are very young and not cooperative at all. They make me feel as if I’m not spending my own money while shopping. Since I’m not fluent in spoken English, I sometimes feel they deliberately speak in a way that’s hard to understand, even though I have a good educational background and speak academic English. One of the team members, for example, responded with a tone of annoyance when I asked her the same question a second time just to be sure, saying that she had already answered me before. I felt embarrassed, and this experience makes me not want to return to that place again.

This consignment store was ok but tbh the prices for baby clothes were too expensive for something used. You may find similar prices for new outfits on sale. I hope the owner considers having more sales or lowering the prices.

Staff is all young and unhelpful. Had a genuine misunderstanding about a coupon saved to my account (wrong location), and they had zero empathy. Also, I didn’t realize the store was closing bc there was no announcement or heads up, so by the time I was checking out, *they* had fully checked out mentally. There are good finds here and the location is close to my house, but the crowded experience, constant screaming kids, and low key terrible staff makes me want to not come back.

There was only one girl there that was very nice and she checked me out. I wished I've gotten her name, but those other girls are very rude. When I came in I said good morning and a Hispanic girl with thick eye lashes just looked at me and went back to looking at her phone. Like the other reviews posted they give you the lowest cash back offers. I had 3 brand new onesie and when I asked why I they didnt take most of the clothes, the rude girl was walking pass and said they didn't take them because most clothes had stains on them. I had to recheck my box because I know how picky some places can be and it's understandable but 3 never worn onesie would not have stains on them. My last time coming here

Very unprofessional. Don’t know her name but there was a hispanic female working Saturday July 5th who came up to only me and said they were about to close in 5 minutes and asked could I hurry up when I was literally there for 5 minutes and let her know I was debating between the two baby beds I was standing next too I just was debating because they were dirty so that made me not want to get them even more and this was not my first bad experience just the first time that made me annoyed enough to leave a review because she didnt say nothing to anyone else just me before she walked out the door…very weird.

This was the third and last time I sold something at this store. The first time, they took three brand-new pairs of shoes and paid me only $1 for each. The second time, a very friendly lady helped me and bought some items for a fair price. Today, I went back and was assisted by two employees who barely looked at me. I brought four bags full of clothes, many of them brand new. They told me to leave them there and said they would notify me when they were done. After an hour, I received a message to come back. When I arrived, they had selected only six items and paid me a ridiculous $6. They have no clear criteria for pricing or for the items they accept. Don’t waste your time going to this store!

Overall I’ve had a good experience but what has kept me coming back is the bodysuit deals they run. Only, this location now keeps them in bins you have to dig through instead of hung up. It’s logistically a nightmare.

STOLE from me. brought in 3 bags of lightly used clothing, many of the items still had tags - one of the items was a nice pair of boy's diesel jeans unworn and tagged. They wanted to offer me $7 for a few things. I had purposely handpicked good things I thought they would take so they didn't have a load of junk to go through so I was very surprised to hear $7 was all I was being offered. I told them no and proceeded to take my things back on principle. After looking through the bags when I got home, I discovered garments that I didn't even own in the bag and those nice diesel jeans were not in there. This makes me wonder what else they took that I don't remember and to whom else they do this to. I should have known better than to leave and come back. They had no queue when I left and they told me it would be 1-2 hours which I thought was strange since there was at least 5 employees there behind the counter and they were all idle. I guess they wanted me to leave so I'd be out of sight while they picked through my stuff to see what they would keep. Really disappointing. Took back my stuff and brought it to a local donation bin. Next time that's what I will do instead. Do better.

I was skeptical after seeing reviews but I went in today and two nice young ladies greeted me and I brought in a medium sized bag of clothes to sell. They bought a fair amount of items and also had a good selection in the store. Lots of clearance and it was considerably well organized compared to other OUAC's I've seen.

Staff is rude!!! Also I bought in a big bag of clothes. They went through over 75items in less them 3 mins! I had at least 8 new shirts that’s still had tags on them. And 15+ items I bought from them and don’t even use and they didn’t buy them back… said what I had had stains on them yet there is nothing on them!!! They only buy from certain people. Staff acted like it was an inconvenience for me to bring this stuff in!
