Great experience today. My toddler fell asleep so I was single hand managing my stuff. Woman at the counter was nice enough to help me carry things to my car! They had my oil and filter in stock. The shop was clean and the associates were very friendly. Highly recommend this location

I have been buying parts and products from O’Reilly’s for 19 years. I have never had a problem with this location until Ricardo became the manager there. They have poor customer service. They are very rude and very unprofessional. And I know that other shops in the surrounding area have also had problems with this new management.For example, when I had to claim a warranty, they would keep me on very long wait times they wouldn’t answer the phone at all or they would ask for the paper invoice. They would say that they needed that, although they did have my account pulled up and all the invoices for every car I’ve ever worked on were on my account, but sure enough when an employee was helping me Ricardo would hide in the back office call the employees on the front desk and tell them that I needed a paper invoice. I started to think that he was making it personal. The last problem I had with them was over a 2008 tundra. I spoke to Rubin a commercial rep and they had a warranty on the brakes and they told me that they couldn’t replace them or honor the warranty because they were purchased at a different location that has never been a problem in the past. I truly can’t believe what’s become of this location. unfortunately I think it’s time to take my business elsewhere.
