The assistant manager Victoria needs to be fired. My dad went in for a tool rental and she was being extremely disrespectful. She was belittling him and asking him if he knew how to read. Mid interaction she decided she didn’t want to help him anymore and told him to go to someone else instead. He told her that he needs a Spanish speaker to help him and she started yelling at him that he needs to learn English and to leave the United States. This store is located in garland where there’s a large Latino population and the majority of the people that shop there are Spanish speakers. Her overall attitude and customer service is unacceptable. I don’t know how oreillys can have a manager that is blatantly racist and disrespectful to customers.

I walked in to the store this morning and approached to the counter there was this employee playing with his cell phone, the guy look like a homeless not to offend the homeless people, I stood up for like 45 seconds, he never great me or acknowledged me then a younger employee came by and offer me help I just was very disappointed and said, never mind I’ll just go somewhere else, the rude dude said yea go ahead and get out of here.
2 blocks away there is a autozone store with excellent customer service where I spent $400.00.
This guy should be fire he doesn’t need his job.
