Avoid this location at all costs. I was having some battery issues that was under a year old and purchased from this location. With the winter here, it began to act up. I took it in to get it tested and recharged and was assured it tested “with flying color,” and reinstalled it myself, as they state they do not install newer battery’s with a fuse box attached, ie on the 21 Corolla.
Fast forward to having more issues today, the dealership tells me at first glance it’s too small. I call and inquire and was told they have three models available for the vehicle and all are the same size.
At this point, I had to take in the account. The workers are lackadaisical, hanging around and not quick to the jump whenever a customer comes in. This is anecdotally from my observations when waiting in line there. Furthermore, there is not a shred of let me assist you attitude.
The final nail is O’Reilly’s issue of selling apparently the wrong sized batteries for this particular vehicle, but it all translates to a loss of trust.
If you go here, make sure to due your due diligence. I am not educated on mechanical matters. It’s why I visit these business for assistance. And when the business cannot accurately assist in the only thing they are known for, well, that’s that.

So my wife who's dealing with multiple health issues goes here to get a battery and purchases one. Came home and told me they didn't even bring it to the car for her. Probably didn't ask her either. I'll never spend a dollar here again and neither will she. Whoever worked today should hope someone doesn't treat their sick or elderly family members like this!🤬

I would give it a zero stars if that was even possible. They have a lot of young people who are not trying or even willing to help. All the information they provided me was incorrect and sent me my way to get what I needed on my own. In comparison to other, O’Reillys, this is by far the last one I would visit.

Throughout my 8 years of going to this location, the service and quality has dropped significantly. I personally go out of my way to go this specific O'Reillys due to how the customer service is compared to locations closer to me. Today's experience was significantly below expectations any current or new policy changes were not made apparent to a customer.
I had an experience today where an older male employee got mad at me for walking to the back to safely dispose of used motor oil. He shouted and glared at me, "Don't you walk to my backroom without an escort!"
I don't mind having someone walk me to the back and watch me like a hawk. The issue I have is the way this employee spoke to me. He saw I came in with 3 containers of used oil. He should have immediately told me to wait at the front counter until someone could escort me. The simple fact that he was rude and seemed upset is more than enough to make me find a different O'Reillys location to go to.
Throughout my 8 years of going here, the policy of disposing of used oil has radically changed. In the beginning, I would hand the oil to the employees and they would dispose of it themselves. A few years ago, the policy changed to the customer has to walk to the back in their own and dispose of it. I suppose the new policy today is, I must have an employee walk me to the back.
If there is a new policy, please inform customer immediately rather than shout and glare at them when they're following old policies.

I came in awhile back to ask for wiper blades of a specific size. The employee behind the counter pestered me for a specific make and model.
If I know what part number or wiper blade size I want. Please bring it to me. I am not here to argue.
