Very rude. I asked to see a variety of oil filters and I tried to see what he has in stock. He literally moved the screen so that I wouldn’t see and then he didn’t even ask which one I want and just grabs whatever he wanted. Then I call him out cause he didn’t even bother to ask and he had to think about it and said “that’s all we have”. poor customer service

i went to oreilley's on shiloh and miller and was welcomed with a smile and warm hello. i was blown away by their service DJ and ANA are absolutely the best at what they do. almost immediately i was given my parts and even offered to bring them to my car. i am absolutely blown away with their costumer service. oreilley's needs more people like them. i will for ever be a loyal costumer thanks to them. DJ and ANA deserve a raise. THANKS GUYS.

My husband went to buy a battery, it was Sunday morning and the manager on duty, refused to replace the battery on a Honda Accord. Said there were to many wires. He was afraid he would mess up the car’s computer, then that would be on him. This is a service advertised and is common practice at both O’Reilly’s and Autozone. All I can say is wow! Poor service and/or laziness. Thankfully we only live two minutes from here so my husband was able to come home change the old battery and take the old one back for his refund.

Very rude, went on 9/3/23 to exchange some brake pads because they had warranty. Went in talking spanish and not even 3 words in the lady serving me interupted me by saying "excuse me", with an attitude. I put the part I needed on the counter, covered in paper, asking if i could get it exchanged. Instead of saying something like,"what part would that be ", like most people, she said "what part am i looking for", in a rude way while moving her hands back and forth. When she talked it wasn't loud and with an attitude. After I told her what truck it was for and the phone number, she printed a recipe out and went for my part. When she got the part I went for, she slammed it on the counter. After that, she crumbled the recipe, picked up the part I went for, and dropped it on the ground. She did something on her computer again, asked for the phone number again, and then picked my stuff back up. She could have damaged something. If you need to get parts for your car, go to a different store, or go to the O'Reilly on S First St, the workers over there aren't rude.

Just walked in a bearded hillbilly didn't say a word talk show on the radio face on his phone went and looked at seat covers don't wont to spend money with people who don't speak to customers walked out he said nothing fire him so he. Can play with his phoneFull time

Thursday 06-7-23 12:20 pm the woman who was serving was rude. It is not the service that this auto parts store offers in other stores... ???? I do not recommend that you go to this store, if you can go to another store and avoid this type of rude people

Very poor service not wanting to help at all Spanish lady with glasses I ordered parts at one store and instead of saying let me help you find the right store she just kept saying I can help you she did the opposite and change my order and took off $3.00 . I won't be going back

I love the fact that they just opened a new O'Reilly store right next to my shop.They come in handy whenever I need something in a pinch and they always have the best prices.I do not like AutoZone as they always seem to have very long lines and the staff does not seem to be as knowledgeable as the staff at O'Reilly's.I've been shopping in O'Reilly's for the better part of 30 years and always find exactly what I'm looking for. I used to shop around and see if I can find better prices but now I know that O'Reilly's is going to have the best price around. They will also price match if you happen to find something better or just give you a better deal if they can. It never hurts to ask. I've always heard that the squeaky wheel gets the oil, so if you want a discount just ask for one.I like the fact that I can take my old oil there too to recycle it. It's also nice that whenever a dreaded check engine light comes on that I can just pull in and have someone come right out to my car and tell me what is wrong with it. Without having to trick a trip to the dealership.Even if you don't have any knowledge about cars, I would suggest going here because the staff is super friendly and they will help all the do it yourselfers out there.Heck with YouTube, almost anybody can fix their own cars these days and if you decide to do it yourself then O'Reilly's is definitely your spot. They have all the parts, tools and fluids you might need.I hope this review is helpful to those that need it and if you like, follow my profile and message me on there.
