I chose 1 star because I could not give a zero. I'm upset. Went in very nice looked clean. CHAYITO took me I told her want I wanted she proceeded. She styled my hair with the ends styled curled up. I said I want the hair styled under. When I saw the results I was shocked it was very un even it was horrible! All I wanted was to leave I paid and left. Now I have to go to someone else to fix it. I will never return. I do recommend to NOT to go here.

I love Paty she is the best Ive going to her for over 10 years and she always advises her recommendation based on what you want. She always says I can do the haircut or color you want but let me tell you that based on your face shape or hair condition it's not going to look how you expect. If you let her know what image you want she will give you what you want and it will look good I love that about her that it's about quality with her. I am brave enough to do colors such as green and purple because I trust her to care.

Came with my son. The manager asked another lady to cut my sons hair. It was such a simple cut. The lady went as far as saying in Spanish I'm picky and some other mean comments in Spanish. The manager jumped in and had to fix her mistakes that she butchered the side of my sons hair terrible. Cut the back in the worst straight line I have ever seen. My sons hair is straight as a board. I was so frustrated because we had been growing out his hair to have it shaped nicely in the back. And to review this saloon that we had seen for months. At the end I said in English I'm not picky. I just wanted it done correctly. She turned red. I tipped her anyways because I felt bad for her. We don't know people's life or journey. But I definitely will never come here again nor will I ever refer them. This is sad that the manager or if she was the owner would even allow someone like that to cut hair. She was clearly very inexperienced. She should of worked on fake hair first. I'm not one to cause a scene. But the manager should of apologized at least. In stead she told me how much and directed me to the cashier. I am always about supporting small business. But not this one my friend. Good luck y'all.
