Their NY main office rate is usually higher then their Garland office Teller offered ! Poor customer service, needs to change tone.

customer service is really bad! those dudes sitting in Bangaladesh are rude not professional at all. I was talking with the same dude he hung up on me 3 times. And do not even send them any emails because they never check emails. I have sent them more than 10 emails so far but they never replied to me. I am DONE!!!
