The drivers that delivered and picked up were professional, careful, and friendly. Loved being able to get to our things from the ease of our driveway. Yes, it was more expensive than renting a storage unit, but well worth it for the ease and less physical work for myself. I had the peace of knowing our things were outside on our driveway under lock and key.

Cross country moves are never fun!!! Coordinating logistics with multiple pick up locations, drop off sites, temporary Storage needs, and alternate drop off times, made this a challenging and unique move. I originally considered full service movers, but due to the variable needs and time span of drop off and pick ups, PODS was a logical choice.
I had the container placed where I wanted, when I wanted. I had it relocated, then later Picked up, and another container brought to the location. Both containers were shipped to my new state, and Dropped at different times to the new location (my choice) . It was definitely a logistical hassle- but it’s what I needed to make it work for me.
PODS allowed me to work at my pace, according to my own needs. Customer service was great and the drivers were amazing. Shout out to the training team Because these drivers Deal with challenging aspects of customers needs and transportation of the pod.
Billing was a little more confusing…. It helped I could see all the changes on the app, With all the logistical changes, it’s been hard to monitor. So the more Steps you incorporate in your order, or the more times you make changes, the more confusing the billing gets. But billing Did seem in line with what I was originally quoted, And I always got a heads up text and email before a payment was posted.
I will definitely use the service again. Hopefully, next time my logistical Challenges will be much simpler.

I had an amazing experience with pods moving and storage. I moved states away and everything was seamless. The best part was how professional the drivers were. Upon arriving at our new home, Darien was our delivery driver. He was amazing. I am a regional manager for a national retail chain, so I’ve worked with delivery drivers for many years. My experience with Darien was exemplary. It was enough that I asked him how I might comment on his service level. That’s when he gave me the attached photo. If anyone at pods in the Garland, Texas area sees this, they should congratulate Darien On such a job well done

Very organized and clear process. When we found out the pod would be picked up AFTER we closed on our house, we called and requested an earlier date. They came through!! Bob was the driver at our original address and he was great! Friendly and helpful.

Jose was very accommodating and was able to place the pods in the exact place. I needed them even with some things in the way like cars across the street.
He was very informative with every step of what he was doing, and I appreciate the information that he gave me and hope he picks up my pods when they’re ready.
He is an excellent employee for pods and demonstrates great customer service.
