Booked online, got there and it was super fast and easy. Sarah made it much more easier, alot of blood to draw with just a single pick of the vein. Still have one pending and will go there

The lab techs are very nice, buty samples either get lost or have to be retaken at least 1 out of 3 tests. Going to try LabCorp for awhile. Suggest you do too unless you want to come to Quest twice

The person who helped me made my visit nice and quick. Blood draw was fast and painless. She is also knowledgeable. I asked her about the flavors for glucose testing for a friend and she was able to answer me so quickly. I was worried she would have to look it up with a lot of people waiting after me. My friend went to the same Quest and was probably helped by the same person and we both agreed she did an amazing job. Thank you so much.

Work is going horribly. They don't keep appointments. I had an appointment at ten o'clock, and when I arrived, they told me that the computer was not working and I had to wait an additional three hours. I don't know why work is going so slowly.

A group of employees are working very, very slowly. You cannot ask them a question because they feel that they are superior to you. You cannot even ask one question. They will just tell you to wait. I have been here for two hours because of a malfunction in their computer, and they cannot do anything except tell you to wait more.

My wife had an appointment and we went on time. Easy check-in. So far everything was fine. We don't have to wait. We were called on time. So far 5 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐. I had to go inside with my wife cause she is disabled from a brain stroke.
I give 1 star because of the lab technician. Her major problem was her attitude and unfriendly behavior. She was very arrogant.
She should know how she gets paid.
Request to the management please tell her to at least smile....yes she is an Asian lady.
Appointment was on Thurs day Feb 15 at 2:40 pm.

I could not find it. When I did the lady told me to sign in but I did not see the sign in computer. I’m 76 and she was so mean to me. In front all the clients yelling at me. The waiting patients tried to calm her down. She said I was rude. I’m your client. I’m reporting this to you and to my dr at Scott and white. You need to teach good service. I’m flaborgasted. She told me to go somewhere else. Soon I left but I asked her name and she said I’m the only black woman here. Tell them the black woman. I do not refer to people y their color. Iwas very upset. I’m going to ask my dr not to use you for my tests.

I arrived super stressed and in a hurry. I was tested with respect, taken care of quickly, and because of the attitude of the phlebotomist I left in a much better frame of mine than the way I arrived.
