I could not find it. When I did the lady told me to sign in but I did not see the sign in computer. I’m 76 and she was so mean to me. In front all the clients yelling at me. The waiting patients tried to calm her down. She said I was rude. I’m your client. I’m reporting this to you and to my dr at Scott and white. You need to teach good service. I’m flaborgasted. She told me to go somewhere else. Soon I left but I asked her name and she said I’m the only black woman here. Tell them the black woman. I do not refer to people y their color. Iwas very upset. I’m going to ask my dr not to use you for my tests.

I arrived super stressed and in a hurry. I was tested with respect, taken care of quickly, and because of the attitude of the phlebotomist I left in a much better frame of mine than the way I arrived.

I really don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews. I made an appointment, brought my labs and it was a good experience. They were on time and got it done pretty quickly with little pain (normally people fumble around trying to find my veins, but that didn’t happen here - barely felt anything). I would come here again!

I went in there get some blood work done. Wait time wasn’t long at all. But I gave my lab orders to the nurse and she had a hard time putting it in her system. She got frustrated and gave up, so she denied to do my testing. She informed me that I had to call my doctor’s office, because the problem was on their end. So I called them and they said everything was fine, she should’ve been able to do it. Anyway, I ended up going to a different Quest in Mesquite and the nurse put in my lab order no problem. Got my blood work done and I was on my way quickly.

We made an appointment, were seen immediately at our appointment time. The nurse drew labs on my infant with ease. We were in and out in 10 minutes. Highly recommend this location.

My doctor faxed my orders three times. 2 people before me were turned away because they didn't have their orders via fax. In both of my failed appointments at this location, I asked if they had checked their machine to see if it was working and was met with blank expressions. Both women working were completely unhelpful, looked to have rolled out of bed and were apparently unable to check on the status of their fax machine. In addition, why on earth are we still using fax machines??

This is nothing against the site itself, but I would not use Quest. This is the longest I've ever waited on lab results in my life. (A week so far, when it's usually a day or two at the most.)

I came in 5 minutes before closing, staff weren’t willing with me in, and kind of seemed unwilling to greet or acknowledge me.

Many issues. Their walk-in booking-in machine doesn’t work properly. We arrived at 8:30am as walk-ins for some blood tests. The machine gave us an appointment time of 9:30am. By 9:40 we were still waiting and were told that it could be a few more minutes because patients with appointments have priority. At 10:05 we were told that we weren’t being called because the system has probably pushed us out because they took longer with earlier patients. But neither their system nor their staff informed us about this system flaw. So at 10:11 we had to rebook after waiting for almost 105 minutes!! We eventually got our blood test done thanks to Resina. Please fix your system so they don’t frustrate customers.

2 ladies working there are very rude. Been here multiple times. They are very short and curt with all their customers. If we ask a question, they will quickly cut you off with their unnecessary justifications. They have zero empathy for people who are most likely coming there for underlying medical problems. They made me wait 10 minutes before calling me for my appointment which they harp about...while they are watching videos and talking amongst themselves. These ladies obviously have a chip on their shoulders. Do better Quest.

The lady that drew my blood was very hostile. I informed her that normally one cannot draw blood from my left arm because the veins are too small. It is best that she withdraw it from my right arm instead. She informed me that the left side was most convenient for her because it was closer to her station and she knew what she was looking for. I told her the right arm is best and is the side traditionally used by all professionals. I also told her it was best to withdraw from my right side because I did not want her to have to stick me twice because I am afraid of needles. In response, she chose the largest needle she could find and proceeded to try to draw blood from my left arm. Since she was unsuccessful, she kept inserting and reinserting the needle several times until I said "Oh my God, when are you going to stop". She withdrew the needle and asked if I had drank water. I said yes, she said I must not have drank enough water. At no time did she apologize for her recklessness, rudeness and unprofessionalism. She then tried my right arm just like I told her at the inset and was successful. I did not appreciate being treated as less than an animal. My left arm is extremely bruised from her abuse. Regardless of where I go, I expect to be treated with humanity and professionalism. In this instance, my voice was ignored and my pain was dismissed. Rather than accepting responsibility for her reckless behavior and actions, she placed the blame on me for "not drinking enough water". I believe humanity and professionalism is included in the price the consumer pays and your company failed to meet that standard. Therefore I would NOT recommend this location.
