The nurse who waited on me was excellent, professional, and pleasant. Her name is Estelle. The first nurse that has actually made me feel comfortable. Every time blood is drawn, I am squeezing my stomach with my hands and looking away. I went in there, on this week, and was able to breathe will she inserted the needle. I can't believe it. I don't know if she will see this or not. But thank Estelle @ the Firewheel, location in Garland, Texas. Keep up the excellent work.

The staff member was not competent. She was running late and made me wait over my appointment time when there was no one else with her or waiting for her. When she finally took me in, I told her where she needed to draw blood from. She ignored my directions, stuck the needle in well below where there was an obvious vein and then wiggled it around when there was no blood available in that spot. Her actions in doing this hurt more than I've ever had any blood draw hurt before. I told her to stop and that I would go somewhere else if she could not get it, she did, but it was incredibly frustrating. Throughout the appointment, she kept talking about how she was in pain from a toothache, how she had had a bad morning, and how she was a professional.

Unprofessional employee with just unnecessary rudeness I have never experienced before in my life at a lab. Even though they are nearby I would never go back. Just drive farther out to a different lab or location!

My mom has a very hard time with blood draws and can only use a butterfly needle. I let them know and the assured me that they are well trained. They did an amazing job. We were in and out in no time. Very professional.

I will always return to this establishment. The staff were incredibly professional, welcoming, and efficient. Most importantly, they drew my blood without any issues. Thank you so much for your professionalism.

Worst place to go for blood work . If you call them and select the option 2 for lab work it goes to Verizon’s customer service. Portal never upload test result . The technician is not trained to draw blood properly. Quest is horrible. Will never go here again .

I have been going to this Quest Diagnostics location since it first opened. The phlebotomists are super nice and the clinic is clean. The results came in quickly. I recommend you pay for the premium to get your results before the doctors. Thank you so much for your service.
