Fantastic nurse, great with people and cares about you. Not in a rush to get you in and out and does not tray you like a pin cushion. I’m hard to get and she got me first time. Loved it.

I have been here several times, and it has always been a pleasant experience. Making an appt is the best way to ensure you will be seen. They are booked more than not. This is not any different from another medical facility. On July 19, 2013, the employee helped make suggestions b/c the doctors office was having some issues on their end. She was patient, thoughtful & determined to help me get exactly what she needed. Thank you!

I read the awful reviews about other Quest locations & I was concerned about using this lab. I even checked into LabCorp & their reviews were no better. I took a chance on this Firewheel location & was pleasantly surprised. The technician was very nice & did a great job, 1 stick & no digging in my vein. There’s only 1 person working there & she was only a few minutes (5 or less) behind schedule which was no problem.

Do not waste your time going to this location. The full time phlebotomist will make sure that you know she does not value your time and will ensure that you leave knowing she does not care about you or your health.

This is the absolute worst location I've been to for Labs. The nurse is very slow and disorganized. I even scheduled ahead. I got there 10 minutes before my appointment and she said she already called my name 2 HOURS before I got there. I had a confirmation and showed it to her but was not able to get her to understand. I showed her my confirmation but she didn't try to work with me, apologize or admit that she should not call a person 2 hours before they are scheduled.

My daughter and I both had blood work done here today and she suffers a ton of anxiety around medical procedures. The phlebotomist was not only professional and super fast, she also had the BEST bedside manner! We had a great, fast experience and recommend this place. I also was a walk-in and only waited a few minutes.

The lady in there with an attitude!! I arrived before 4:30 and she doesn’t want to take my drop off specimen because she closes at 4:30 pm. Where does Quest get these people from?? Renee, quit being lazy and do your job!! How long did it take for you to collect my specimen?? Three extra minutes after 4:30 (bc you were with another patient), sorry I took three extra minutes of your pd time. #questdobdtterplease#Questquithiringlazypeople

Okay; not to be gross, TMI, or whatever; but something about this strikes me as super off; any time I have had to provide a urine sample for any kind of labs, diagnostic testing or whatever, you place your single sample in this receptacle, they immediately take it, and place it elsewhere for safe keeping, testing, etc. how is this secure that I as a patient am stacking my sample on top of 5 others and essentially have full access to them—What’s to keep me as a patient (for whatever nefarious reason one might have) from switching stickers on these samples or otherwise tampering with others samples? Also, is this not a privacy violation that I can see these 5 others names and they can see mine? Doesn’t really give you the highest feeling of confidence/trust in how they’re handling things which could ultimately have an impact on results if any of the aforementioned actually came to fruition. Is it likely not an issue? Sure. Does it shout ‘quality assurance’, security, and privacy? Not at all.

I’m chronically ill so I’ve had a couple traumatized phlebotomist experiences in my life and I’ve never have come across one who I can trust completely.Renee is very patient, sweet, easy going and fun to be around.I am lucky to have fallen into her hands because it’s not everyday you get lucked out with a person like her.

Very nice and quiet. The staff was nice and patient with everyone. Though she wore a mask, you can still feel her warm smile. I'm glad I found the place. I would recommend it to anyone ?
