I endured an extremely distressing experience that nearly jeopardized my family’s well-being. Approximately 25 days ago, I visited the oil change facility for a routine maintenance check. The front desk employee, Danny, returned to the office and informed me that there was a comprehensive list of high-cost repairs for my vehicle. I consented to the services, and Danny estimated the total cost to be approximately $1,300 and the duration of the repairs to be two hours.
However, 25 days later, while leaving the church, my brakes suddenly failed. Coincidentally, I had recently had a brake guild flush performed, which had removed all the fluid from the system. I waited until Monday morning when the General Manager received my vehicle and expressed sympathy for the situation. Two days later, while holding my F-350 truck, I was unfortunately involved in an accident that resulted in a $1,200 bill from Danny, the front desk employee.
Based on this experience, I have decided to refrain from bringing any of my vehicles to this particular establishment.Based on my recent experience, I have resolved to refrain from bringing any of my vehicles to this specific establishment. The high cost and consistently poor service have made it an unsatisfactory place to patronize.

From the moment I entered Quick Lane & RAD rides of Garland, I felt comfortable. That says a lot for any business that falls in the automobile repair category. I’ll share a little bit why. The staff was courteous and inviting from the moment I arrived, They explained what was needed as part of my regular service and which things they without asking. The manager Sheldon Mabry was approachable, easygoing and very hands on, personally assuring I was comfortable during my time there. Experiencing the collections of wheels and tires available along with a quick tutorial of which would work best for my vehicle was not lost on me. I appreciated leaving with a healthy vehicle and learning so much. Xoxo Lorenzo!

Extremely overpriced!!
double than what a regular place would charge!
I don’t know if it’s because I’m a girl.
but they charged my brother completely different from what they charged me and it was the exact same vehicle .
Literally, it was the exact same vehicle. I made him go in with it and they gave him a different CHEAPER quote.

If I could give them negative stars I would. I purchased a new vehicle from Ford and recieved 3 free oil changes. The wrong oil was put in my car all 3 times. When it was brought to their attention I was told that oil was an option to use which it wasn't. They used the oil from the hybrid Ford in my car. Now my car is running funny. I was basically told there is nothing we can do about it. Stay far away from this place.

After issues with another Ford Dealership, I wanted to see if this dealership was different, and it was. I easily made an online appointment and had a confirmation email and call to verify my needs. I arrived at the dealership service center and was redirected to go across the street while escorted by staff who made sure I knew exactly where to go. I arrived and checked in immediately. They took my car in, and the service manager was highly engaged and informative. I told them I smelled a hot scent on my way there that did not smell like radiator fluid but close to that scent. The service attendant brought me to the garage to show me the discolor and need for a supercharger fluid change. They treated me with respect, and we had a humorous exchange that created a level of comfort with their knowledge and that I'd be taken care of with their coordination to the dealership service for 3 identified issues. I cannot recommend this oil change service enough for their care and attention to every detail.

They have always taken care of my 2017 Ford Escape and I feel like I am not being taken when they find a problem. It's nice to feel like the company thats fixing your car cares about you and is honest in what they are repairing.Thank you so much to the crew and to the Manager Sheldon

Not impressed. I took my new Ford Transit in for Oil change and Tire rotation. When you walk in, no one acknowledges you. You kinda stand there awkwardly till somebody finally notices.
It took 2 1/2 hours to complete my oil change and tire rotation. They do not do a complete inspection like most oil change places. My van has different tire pressure settings for front and rear. They did not set the tire pressure to their correct settings and obviously didn't check them. My low tire pressure light came on after leaving. Also, they did not reset the oil life monitor. So my Van states I only have 28% oil life left even thought they changed the oil. I was hoping to have a regular place to take my work van for service. This is not it.

DROPPED OFF MY TRUCK FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE. I GET A CALL "ARE YOU AWARE YOU HAVE A VALVE LEAK?" I say NO. I ask how bad and LUIS says "FROM A 1-10 it's an 8. ? I go along with him and he says he will call me back with an estimate for repairs. I show up unexpectedly and luis looks nervous but gives me a quote of 1500 dollars. i ask to lower my truck off the lift so I can look at it.. .I look under the hood and see NO LEAK. I look straight at the mechanic and ask HOW IS THIS AN 8 on a scale from 1-10? he mumbles and I cant understand a word he says..hes nervous. he fumbles his words and while he points his flashlight around it and I only hear him say ITS GETTING WORSE..the service/sales guy LUIS walks away embarrassed. I walk away and he comes up to me and apologizes and said I SHOULD HAVE LOOKED BEFORE I CALLED YOU AND TOLD YOU THAT (LIKE IM TO BELIEVE HE WASNT PART OF THE SCAM). I told the mechanic THAT IS NOT A LEAK. AND TOLD THE ADVISOR ITS PRETTY SAD FOR THE PEOPLE WHO DO BELIEVE YOU AND JUST PAY YOU 1000 DOLLARS FOR NOTHING. the mechanic pulls out my truck with a smirk on his face fighting embarrassment..then walks over to his mechanic buddies and chuckles and laughs about his failed attempt at his scam. LOOK OUT FOR THIS PLACE ITS PRETTY BAD WHEN EVERYTHING IS ALREADY EXPENSIVE ENOUGH AND YOU CANT EVEN TRUST A MECHANIC UNDER YOUR HOOD TO DO AN OIL CHANGE WITHOUT TRYING TO SCREW YOU OVER. THE KID IN THE PICS IS THE "MECHANIC"...NOT ENOUGH EXPERIENCE IN LIFE TO COME UP WITH A BETTER SCAM THAN THIS
