Went to QT last night and was SHOCKED to see a NO TRESPASSING sign taped next to the door! What gives? Doesn't the overworked night person have enough to do? Are they now supposed to police the entrance to ensure that only people who have purchased gasoline beforehand can enter the store? Or perhaps follow a customer around to make sure that they BUY something?!
Whose BRIGHT IDEA was THIS? Very petty.

Good location , I miss the staff that was around last year they had better customer service than the employee Lisa N. that they have working now. She always seems to be in a mood and have an attitude. She does not provide a welcoming environment. I come to watch the games on Sundays behind the QuikTrip, they get a lot of customers , so the least they could do it is treat their customers right.
Last week, When I was in line, Lisa N. tried accusing someone of stealing and told them to pay before leaving which resulted in that customer to make some rude remark to her coworker.
She has a nasty attitude ,and if she can’t deal with a busy line on Sundays due to the games in the field behind QuikTrip, then she shouldn’t be working that day.

I was robbed at this location.
I went in to get snacks with my disabled son so I wasn’t really watching my surroundings.
I went to the register to pay for our snacks and swiped my card. When I swiped it declined and I remembered I had blocked my card so I told the cashier give me a sec let me unlock my card. I’m not sure if I put my card in my back pocket or my front pocket so I could access the app on my phone. So I unlocked the app and then swiped again and my transaction was approved. Me and my son then took out snacks and left. It took us about 10-12 min to get home and by that time I had a text from my bank for fraud alert. After I swiped at QT a fraud transaction went thru for $61.80. I hadn’t even noticed cause then I received a text from my bank asking if I made a purchase for 461.00 I texted N for No and they immediately called me. For the next 20 minutes 5 charges all from a Spanish foreign country tried withdrawing from my account. Of course the bank canceled my card. But they kept trying. 451.00 then 247.20 then 379. 95.
This was just horrible.
I called QT and spoke with manager on duty. She said their machines were safe but she would check them. I don’t know what else to do about this situation.
I have to wait to get the 61.80 back cause that one was put on hold. The others were declined thank God.
