QuikTrip is generally a clean and organized place with friendly employees, praised as a great spot for gas or a lottery ticket. However, experiences can vary. Some staff are noted for excellent service, even preparing gourmet quality food, while inconsistencies in policies, like offering free items, cause frustration. The availability of slushes and fountain drinks can be disappointing when machines are out. A significant and repeated complaint is the plummeting quality and inconsistency of the sweet tea across all locations. Despite these issues, it remains a preferred choice for many.
I want to take a moment to shout out Bri. She was amazing and helped me with my Amazon package even though it is not a part of her job description. I want to thank her so much for going above and beyond she showed amazing customer service.
