I forget the reps name that assisted me when I started my agreement but he was wonderful. Maria, the store manager, isn’t very lovely. My first payment was due 2/03/2023 and I was having issues with the online portal. I was at a funeral so I was waiting until that was finished to go online and make the payment when I received a call from Maria. She was reminding me of my payment due and I advised her I was at a funeral and going online after to make the payment. She showed no compassion and just kept stating the payment was due today and if not paid the merchandise would be picked up on Monday. I only gave 4 stars due to Maria’s rudeness. Other than that, every one else I encountered was wonderful.

I rent up my refrigerator for three weeks. I return it in three days. I thought it was awful. You have to pay this amount of money for the short time that you rent or lease anything. Also, my bill is $196. and charged my credit card $230. I don’t like the way this company operates.

From receiving a broken headboard to being told a new one will be delivered by Black Friday to now saying they never submitted the order for a new one, in person staff seem to say anything to the customer so they can go sit around more, and general stupidity Don't USE THIS LOCATION

My rental started just before covid and when I was hit with Covid and was out of work for months the store manager was awful and treated me like I was some piece of trash because I could not pay and she had to be inconvenienced by sending someone to pick up my mattress once she finally was able to contact me. Yet while I was in hospital she was beating down my door at my house even after being told I was in hospital with covid she showed up over and over and then when I was finally out to allow her to come pick it up she acted like it was the most awful thing ever to have been in hospital and unavailable to meet on her terms to pickup. Was really nasty situation will never use that location in Garland again.

Looking for a place that will waste your time? This is it. I spent all afternoon yesterday looking for a sectional, filling out forms and even setting up payment arrangements and card info. Just for them to tell me they would contact me today with the final delivery date. I called to confirm because they didn’t call like they were supposed to and then said I get told “oh no you need to provide this this in this quote. That’s not what you were saying yesterday when you were eager to get my debit card info. I understand this isn’t exactly a five star Company, but I expect better than that. A whole afternoon wasted when I could’ve just bought a couch from someone today. Stay far away from this place. You’re better going to Facebook marketplace

Not helpful people. Got a washer and dryer set . One month later dryer making noise. Called and they said someone would reach out to send repair man. Two weeks later nothing. Returning the set. When I call for return they act surprised.

Very disappointed. I’ve been a customer of RAC for years. Usually I get what’s expected. Recently, we ordered my son a t.v. The delivery was scheduled for 3 days after the order we were told it would be new in the box. I wasn’t home at the time of the of delivery. When we got home, to our surprise the tv was not new or in a box. When we plugged it up, it was damaged. My son can’t even watch it. Of course the store was closed when we discovered this. Even though I called the store there was no voicemail box so I couldn’t leave a message. A review was the next best thing. I’m so upset and disappointed.

Absolutely dropped the ball. Were late on a delivery and never bothered to call. Reschedule was over a week out.....cancelled the order/transaction.
