I always recommended Resource One but I'm asking most of my friends and family that I sent to this place to take their business somewhere else. If you have more than one loan with this place I'm sorry for you they take everything you have if you are late on one it's like you are late on all .I thought each loan is separate and it has their own collateral. I'm closing my accounts with this place.

Phone service is horrible. Waited over 45 minutes. Would be faster to go to location in person. Staff has always been great.

I love Resource One but if you come to this location and go through the drive thru and there is one car or five be prepared to wait. They take forever in the drive thru. They have two lanes only but the sign always has closed and open. They need to update it. It's beyond crazy how long they take.

Absolutely horrible customer service. My mother passed away and it's been a nightmare trying to speak with anyone to close her accounts. "Its been marked urgent and you'll receive a call back in one business day" is all they can say. Impossible to get anyone at a branch on the phone.

I opened a bank account about 1 year ago at the Mesquite location. It was very easy to open, but the process takes from 20 45minutes to open on top of the waiting line that could be for 5 to 45 minutes. The staff is competent, very nice and kind. They have good interest rates on CD, IRA and Money Market accounts. The penalties for taking out your money on investments are low quantity. One time I paid a penny for my penalty, but also depends how much you have in there. I love the lobby, you can make yourself a coffee, hot chocolate or a tea while waiting inside to speak with a banker. The lines to see a bank teller are very low waiting time depending on the line and how fast ots going. J I have never waied more than 10 minutess at one time. The grounds are well kept, very clean and nice. They have a free notary for bank members and they hold yearly meeting to vote for upcoming members of the board. They also have a bank account that has so many features such as roadsode assistance, discounts to stores or eating places, based off your location.
