I give 1 star just to comment and give my opinion… I come to the store asking for help with some hair color and the Hispanic lady with glasses answered me, “can’t you read” the color is there at the bottom of the box “ ?Really!! What an attitude lady! If you DON’T like your job go work somewhere else!! Your the store manager?? With that attitude!! No wonder why the store is always empty with no costumers. ? I will never return to this store. Besides there’s ugly people in charge with ugly attitude.?

I went a day ago to return some hair dye i had bought! When i got there a girl called what i believe was the manager? She came and said you can’t get a refund i can only exchange them for you because of “covid” but they didn't had any type of sign saying anything about “covid” (like at the end she was going to keep the product at her store? Also i didn’t need anything to exchange them for) she was rude and had a really bad attitude like she didn’t wanted to be there! So I went to another sally’s and they were nice and happy to assist me in getting my refund, i will never go to that location

The products are awesome, but the afternoon customer service are very rude. I tried to ask the old lady at the front desk over the products and she was very disrespectful. It was terrible service and I will not be coming here again. It was the employee on today, Tuesday, July 19 2022. She was very awful and made the experience dreadful.

I asked Sarah the manager what was the longest lasting true purple they sold. And she said condescendingly, well then you need permanent colors. I said yes, I've been doing my hair for a long time, i just wanted your take on what lasts the absolute longest and she slapped down some papers at the cash register & walked 12 steps over to the permanent hair colors in a huff and said it just depends on what color purple you want and she started slapping anything that looked kinda purple, fuchsia & pink hued. I said no ma'am i want a true purple. And she kept repeating it depends on what color you want.She was inappropriately & extremely rude, short, condescending and unhelpful! We put our items back, told her she was rude and left the store. We will not go back to this store, i will drive out of my way to a Sephora or American supply or the like.

Warning. At this location some of their clippers are already opened if it's the last one in stock. Not all locations do this apparently because it's against policy to sell an opened pair of clippers for obvious reasons. Just be sure that what you buy is sealed as you still won't be able to return it if you change your mind without using them and customer service also won't help in this situation either.

They were rude at my check out time, they charged me twice and at the first time the guy in the register told me in a bad way that my card didn’t go through, so I did it for second time and it was already charged? I will never go shopping again. So if you’re near this place please don’t waste your time going and having bad experience

I placed an online order for pick up today, they said they were open till 7:00 p.m. I get here and they’re closed, My Lyft driver drop me off and now I’m stuck outside in the freezing cold without my supplies. Why would they have it posted online they’re open but they’re closing soon? Looks like they were closed all day today but still I was able to place an order online for pick up today I live in Wichita Falls I’m leaving today how am I supposed to get my supplies now? It was over $300 worth of stuff that I ordered I’m very very disappointed and I gave them a one star for inconvenient and for not updating their online website. I hope they transfer that order to Wichita Falls Texas if not i will be calling their headquarters or main office in the a.m.

The cashier's are really nice but there's this one hispanic lady that uses glasses I believe she's the new "manager" or an employee and I don't know her name yet but as soon as I find out ima put her on blast she's really rude not only to me but I've seen her be rude with other people as well. Ive never seen her there before but i guess, ima just have to shop somewhere else. And if you can't find what your looking for at this Sally's location just go to another Sally's don't believe that lady when she says that they don't have the item you need and that no Sally's have it, she's lying she did it to me before and I went to another Sally's location and they had what I was looking for.
